“Sarah (sp?) was absolutely wonderful! I called to check on prescriptions status on my Paxlovid and she answered all of my questions, provided me with helpful information, and assisted me in getting delivery set up! She was kind the entire time we spoke and even followed up after I received my prescription to make sure I had no questions or problems! Date was 3-18-25, if there are multiple Sarah’s working.”
“First time here! I was calling today after seeing the dr to see what dreadful events were ahead of me and to my surprise a sweet girl answered and said we have all four ready for you! I had to pick my mouth up off the floor because for the last year at CVS in Pulaski has been HELL!! They make you beg for your own medicine and then raise their voice at you until you have had enough and give the same energy !!! Oh how they don’t like that! Thank you new river economy drug!
UPDATE: so I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and I have never had one single issue! Andrew is always more than happy to speak to you if needed or explain things. All of the technicians are absolutely amazing! They are fast efficient and reliable. They take the time to say hello and ask how you’re doing and it feels like they truly care what your response is.
The times I’ve had to pay out of pocket no due to the pharmacy they have done everything they can to either fix it so I don’t have to pay out of pocket or give me the absolute lowest price possible. I’ve checked other pharmacies prices and not one is lower than Econemy drug! When I’ve needed a pre authorization I’ve watched Andrew get on the phone with the insurance immediately!! I just can’t thank them enough for all they do! I recently had my flu shot and I’m scared to death of those type things but the tech made me very comfortable and talked to me all the way through it!”
“Every single person there is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and just make people feel welcome. We usually don't even have to say our names when we come in to pick up something. They must have the best techs and pharmacists in the state. It seems like it takes them no time to fill a script you just brought in or the just received. They have all been so helpful to us over the past 5 years we've lived here. They care about their customers, take time to say hi, will answer any and as many questions, the list just goes on and on. It's a wonderful pharmacy!”

“Staff in the pharmacy are friendly. It's convenient. Pick up your medications and groceries at the same time. However it is a little unhandy due to their limited hours but it's still okay once you get used to it.”

“I would like to give a special thanks to Madison in the pharmacy!
I needed a refill on my prescription that my doctor didn’t send in after my office visit and was kind of panicking because I didn’t have any of my medicine left.
Madison not only made me feel heard and validated she was able to refill my prescription in time and was very helpful with explaining the process. She took her time to listen to me and also gave me a couple of options that we could explore.
She took her time to go above and beyond so that I was able to receive my medicine. Kroger Pharmacy has always been my go to because of their professionalism and courtesy from the pharmacy technician to the front staff. Thanks again!”
