This poor place has the unfortunate (or fortunate, depending on how you look at it) location of the first gas station after the god-awful Big Walker tunnel, which has major backups. Every customer is mad and angsty, so the bathrooms are horrid. Fair warning!

Currently at this shel station as I speak been coming here with and elderly couple I give ride from Clayton lake in to here to do there laundry at the truck stop there very loyal customers and always sweet and kind and friendly with employees well today we're parked out back to the left of the back door to get all there stuff in but also to park in the shade for the elderly couple and a younger gentleman on a golf cart comes by and says we're can't park there it's for truck stop services only and demands we park on the side in the baking sun meanwhile he's flying as fast as this golf cart can go thrue the parken lot screaming at truckers and other people and very rude to even the cashier of the truck stop on the back side but also last I checked the laundry mat is part of the truck stop not the convenient store on the front but still he give an attitude and demands we can't park there this elderly couple has been coming here for over 2 and a half years once a week to do laundry and is known well by employes even. Angers like crystal that is a manager here but now there very upset and wanting to start going else we're because this very rude degenerate and the wife of the elderly couple is a vet who has stood for out county and has been shot and much more 80 percent of her body is .metal plates screws rods and pins and she is in dyer pain having to walk the extra distance I could not belive how disrectspetfull and rude and belligerent this genthis man was and he should be punished for this there talking about going g to another place for now on that cost more and is further and they can't really afford it i jope he gets his these are verry loyal customers thank u verry much

I was there and I need coffee. There was no sugar. The guy Justin there had the best customer service. He spent his own money to buy sugar off the shelf for the he coffee lovers like me. Thanks Justin. Great customer service.

This location was disgusting, to say the least. The parking is completely unorganized, not to mention the property looked like a lamd fill.. People blocked every entrance and exit. Once you're in, you're stuck. Not to mention, we went inside and asked about hot food. The gentlemen behind the counter was an obese young man. When we asked him if we could get hot food, he stated that they do not provide hot food at night. I'm not sure what he said he just walked off. My overall point is that the staff here is lazy. Just pure lazy, there is no other reason for the bathrooms, parking lot, and store to look so gross. Probably best we didn't get any food come to think of it.

Under new management or ownership, not sure which, but this place wins the cleanest public bathroom I've ever seen!!!!! It was obvious from the scent, it had recently been mopped. There were no dirty mop marks on the stall doors or walls though.... you know what I'm talking about...that nasty black looking gunk on the bottom of the stall doors and bathroom baseboards. Nope! I always notice that kind of stuff. Toilets were all pristine. It may not mean the same to all people or genders, but I didn't feel the need to "paper" the seat and I'm sorry, that's saying a lot in my book! Upon my exit of the restroom, I was finally able to focus on something other than finding the nearest lew. The store was equally as clean and tidy. Highly recommended as a good pit stop!!! 5 stars!!!

The story of how I paid $35 for 20 empty cups. I wanted to buy paper cups for coffee at this gas station. They punched me at the checkout along with another product I was buying. When I left the gas station, I saw on the receipt that the cups cost $35, I wanted to return them, but they told me that it was impossible, because I was counted as if I had bought 20 coffees. I was not warned about this at the checkout. This is outrageous, because it is necessary to warn about this.
