Greatest retail experience I’ve ever had! I was ready to give up on Verizon and switch carriers, The manager of this store, Skyler is THE SOLE reason I am staying with Verizon! He did everything in his power to make sure I was happy before leaving and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my issues! Big shoutout to Skyler, whatever they’re paying him, it’s not enough!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Skyler at the Dublin, Va location. I have been dealing with customer service and technical support on and off for the last three months. Skyler was the first person out of numerous others from Verizon to offer me exceptional customer service support. I would highly recommend that you do not order your device online. Instead, go visit Skyler in Dublin. You won’t regret it.

Verizon is an expensive company for really poor service. I have repeated issues with connection, service, and data. I have repeatedly called corporate customer service and received nothing but empty promises of having fixed the issues. Do not recommend this cell phone carrier.

Update: The store is severely understaffed and the one employee there was sick. I don't understand why a message couldn't have been added to the store phone letting customers know the store is closed because of staffing shortage/illness. Either way, the problem has been resolved for now.
My husband and I just signed a contract at this store on May 11, 2024. My husband received his phone, but the phone I wanted had to be ordered. No big deal there. The woman said it would be here Monday/Tuesday (5/13-5/14), yet it is now Wednesday May 15th, and I have yet to hear from anyone about the phone even though we got a delivery notification that it was at the store. My husband and I have tried calling countless times, leaving voice mail after voice mail, and no one is answering!

I was told by Tyreesha (the employee working) to buy a phone privately from her directly instead of a new phone. She told me it was just as good as a new phone and was unlocked for any provider so I wouldn't even have to use Verizon service. I paid her cash and then found out that the phone was locked and couldn't be used for any service provider ( either lack of payment or stolen or such) Not only did she refuse to refund me my money she has since just ignored my calls.

Show up at 4pm on a weekday and the doors are locked even though it's clearly during business hours... fix your hours or hire some people, this is unacceptable
