Awful. The individuals (minus one) who deliver mail are so lazy. She will not bring your package to the door, and will leave it on top of the trash can or on the ground in the dirt next to the trash can. There have also been multiple occasions where she just flat out refuses to get out of her car to leave a package (even small ones) and will leave a letter stating “sorry we missed you while you were out, your package is available for pickup at the post office”. I work from home, I don’t order anything that requires a signature. It’s literally just because she does not want to get out of the vehicle and walk. The post office is closed by the time I get off, so I am forced to wait until weekends to get things I ordered, all because of laziness. Someone needs to get involved and do a mass rehiring or training. Just ridiculous.

If I could rate this Post Office, Postmaster, and my mail carrier a negative star I would. A one star is to much. For one thing a few mail carriers I have delt with like (Tim) do a great job, but I will be contacting the main USPS Postmaster and USPS Office of Inspector General to make a formal complaint. There are a lot of people's reviews I have read about this post office and the employees, I think some of the employees either need new contracts or the post office needs new mail contractors and the federal employees need additional training on how to talk to customers and need better customer service attitude. If that doesn't work the Postmaster, federal employees, and contractors need to be replaced with employees that can do the job with a better attitude and efficiency.

Absolutely refuses to deliver items to front door, lazy is a compliment. Get better drivers already. 😒

Today is the 12th of month our water bills was mailed on the 1st still haven't gotten our bill in stickleyville va they are due on the 15th and have to pay more on the bill what is wrong with this.

They are straight trash, lazy, incompetent workers!! They shoved a box for a clothing rack into a tiny mailbox where half of the package was sticking out and damaged other mail in the process. I received another package from amazon where they physically bent and damaged my item to get it to fit into the mailbox. Like I said lazy.

Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced from the USPS within a 40 mile radius. Both clerks were very helpful and happy to answer all of my questions. Supplies are always there for me but the lobby could use some updating.

Always dread having to take a package inside. The woman I have dealt with seems like she hates her job and that you’re bothering her. Granted that I don’t have to be in there but for about 30 seconds to drop it off and get the receipt but I’ve worked with the public before, it’s not a chore to try to be nice and smile once in the short amount of time you deal with people.
