“I recently bought a 2017 traverse from Montgomery auto care. The ac was out when I bought it and Greg recharged it. He told me if I had any more issues with it to bring it back and he’d fix it, sure enough the AC leaked out in just a couple days. I gave him a call and took it back to him and true to his word he fixed it with no charge to me. I was nervous about buying a new car after getting screwed over by a large car dealership before, Greg and his wife made the whole process pain free and I will ABSOLUTELY recommend them to my friends and family and will buy again from them in the future!”

The Marshall’s crew has kept me from having to see to drive through tears over a new car payment for years now. They’re always fair, give solid advice on repairs, super knowledgeable, and have even saved our lives on occasion by spotting imminent catastrophic failures that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. I’ll continue to drive over 30 minutes for any of my auto repair needs. When my vehicles are at the end of their useful life, I also know who my first call is to replace them. brought my 03 chevy Silverado 2500hd CC in to get my exhaust done from the muffler back...3in dual in dual out with the tips pointed out at a 45⁰ angle just how i like it! it was a beautiful rainy day, so i just sat on the wicker bench and enjoyed the scenery. truck sounds great and i can finally hear my conversations in the cab...thanks alot guys...great job ???.

“Martinez Tires was the only one who got me out of a jam within 200 miles. I caught a blowout in South Carolina, and they were the only one's who were able to have my size after calling several dozen places. (I was driving from Florida to New York) They provided me with reasonable prices and great customer service.
Make sure you keep their phone number close by just in case I know I will.”

They could have laughed me out of the shop, but instead they were professional, fast, and had fantastic communication—way better than I’ve experienced at other small shops. “I had a brake issue the day I was supposed to leave Floyd, and my Airbnb host recommended B&S. I got there right before they opened, and the nice gentleman who opened the office door immediately got my car onto the lift to take a look at it after I explained that I had to travel to Baltimore for work that afternoon. After a thorough check, during which they eliminated other potential causes of the issue, Ricky, a different mechanic, informed me that I’d need a new brake master cylinder. Unfortunately, getting the part would take a day, but he assured me that if I got there first thing the next morning, that they’d take care of me right away. I was there before anyone else the next day, and true to his word, they got me in right away, and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. He apologized for it taking so long, but I know that good work cannot be rushed, and I appreciated his attention to detail. I was nervous about the bill, as we didn’t discuss what it would cost prior to them working on the car. When they charged me for the work, I’ll admit that I was surprised, albeit in a positive way! The bill was extremely reasonable for the work that they did.I cannot recommend them highly enough, for their expertise and meticulousness, for their integrity, and for being so kind to me. I know lots of mechanics who would simply have guessed at the problem, instead of using a process of elimination to find the actual cause, as they did, or who would have taken advantage of a one-off opportunity to make some easy money from the out-of-towner.
