Had a great experience in this store today. All the sales people were very polite and helpful. Andre was awesome!!! He found items we were looking for and was super professional, courteous, and made what could have been a miserable trip to the mall with my teenage daughter a wonderful time. We both left happy!!! I went to exchange an online order a week or so ago because the jeans I got were a size too big. The store wasn’t busy and there were enough people to help out but no one seemed to want to.
Finally when I’m helped I’m told they don’t have the jeans I bought but they can do an exchange and have it ship for free. The girl helping me seemed a bit new and obviously didn’t want to help because she wasn’t confident in what to do. But after some time finally did the exchange and was told it would take like a week. Today when I got home I got my jeans it was the same size I exchanged it for. So I got the same jeans that don’t fit… definitely making Leesburg Premium Outlets AE the only one I go to, they have more attentive and friendlier staff.

not a fan of this AE. Your employees are pretty rude. I stood at the register for quite some time before asking an employee (who had very clearly seen me) to check me out. Multiple employees were on the floor, not one greeted me. I have worked in retail for quite some time and I know it can get annoying or frustrating, but your staff should be doing better. I don't recommend going here. Make the extra 20 minute drive to the leesburg outlets. They're much friendlier and attentive.

Went shopping for jeans here, good sale going on and good clearance section, but terrible selection of styles. Why are they selling jeggings so much?! What is this, 2013? Upon finding the curvy section there were only a few fits and half of them were jeggings! Please update selections

That store is amazing even the Employees there. I recommend buying there clothes from there because it's comfortable and like sitting on a really really soft couch.

At the beginning we had a bad experience where two employees told us they could not look up my mom's account with her social number and they told us her card was deactivated simply because it wasn't linked to her rewards number and that she needed to reapply. We thought it was weird that they couldn't do this because at the other stores they are able too. We had to call customer service to see what was going on and they told us my mom's account was indeed open. The second time Israel the general manager and another cashier were able to help us to pull up her account. My mom could have avoided reapplying for another card and having her credit checked!!! As a person who has worked in customer service before all I can say is that you need to have a lot of patience to work with people. Israel was very helpful and friendly...and we wanted to thank him and the other girl (I didn't get her name) for being patient and helping us :)

The staff is great. The employee that helped me gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had! She made me feel comfortable and she was patiently helping me the whole time I was there. I forgot to get her name, but I would definitely go back again.

Very annoying making returns at this store, every single time i have a return they have a problem with it. I’ve stood my ground before but it gets exhausting having to ask for my money back. Also the manager that took care of me was very rude and aggressive and only cared about making a profit instead of helping me out
