That store is amazing even the Employees there. I recommend buying there clothes from there because it's comfortable and like sitting on a really really soft couch.

At the beginning we had a bad experience where two employees told us they could not look up my mom's account with her social number and they told us her card was deactivated simply because it wasn't linked to her rewards number and that she needed to reapply. We thought it was weird that they couldn't do this because at the other stores they are able too. We had to call customer service to see what was going on and they told us my mom's account was indeed open. The second time Israel the general manager and another cashier were able to help us to pull up her account. My mom could have avoided reapplying for another card and having her credit checked!!! As a person who has worked in customer service before all I can say is that you need to have a lot of patience to work with people. Israel was very helpful and friendly...and we wanted to thank him and the other girl (I didn't get her name) for being patient and helping us :)

The staff is great. The employee that helped me gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had! She made me feel comfortable and she was patiently helping me the whole time I was there. I forgot to get her name, but I would definitely go back again.

Aerie’s mission statement for dressing rooms is that girls stick together. That dressing rooms should be a place where you feel good about your self. You should feel amazing, confident, and worthy. Unfortunately, today was not the case. Aerie states 60% of woman feel negative emotion towards dressing room which implies I should be able to have a friend to help me sooth those feelings. “It should be her oasis at the mall, a place to hang out, relax and shop with FRIENDS.” Instead I was humiliated by a fellow woman and worker. I was kicked out of the dressing room in front of others. When I asked for her name, she would not give the name. I wish the policy was stated somewhere because at this store I’ve been asked to share a dressing room on other visits. So I’m confused why we do we pick and chose? Also don’t be rude to your co workers over the walk talky customers have ears. This is not #aerieREAL

Very annoying making returns at this store, every single time i have a return they have a problem with it. I’ve stood my ground before but it gets exhausting having to ask for my money back. Also the manager that took care of me was very rude and aggressive and only cared about making a profit instead of helping me out

Every associate I talked to was super nice and helpful. I saw online that something I wanted to buy was cheaper online than in-store. The store was able to price match for me and set aside the item I wanted when I called on the phone. My cashier helped update my Rewards account for me as well. It turns out I accidently left my glasses at the store, and when I went the next day, they had them there for me to pickup. I felt so relieved that they held onto my glasses because they are an expensive thing to replace. I am super appreciative of this store and I admire how they take COVID practices very seriously. Thanks for a great experience

The clothes at aerie were nice but i have to say that the two staff members that were working were very rude. As i was shopping i had a question about leggings so i asked ine of the two employees but she gave me a confusing answer so later on i asked the other employee a similar question to the one i asked the other worker. Later on my friend said she heard the two workers speaking ill of me on how i asked them both “the same question”. I was also given a very dirty look at the cashier.

I will never come here again. The staff was rude to my daughter and my wife and refused my return (clothing not worn and had the receipt). Spoke to the manager (I think her name was Margy) and she was extremely unprofessional and very condescending talking to me like I was a 5 year old child. I will never come back to this store. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Honestly I don’t even know where to start.. I walked into American Eagle at the Dulles Town Center.. this was my first time at this location, so I was browsing for back to school clothes for my son which he’s 12.. he is very picky about how his jeans fit. A sweet young lady came up to us her name is Yeishaliz.. I have never in all of my years met such a sweet, compassionate, caring, professional, with a heart of GOLD literally! She asked if there was anything she could do to help our shopping experience.. I told her we were in search of some jeans.. I didn’t notice a clearance section of jeans like I do other American eagles, but she was MORE then willing to go to the back & pull out every size that we needed & even helped my son with his confidence complementing and telling him which jeans she felt looked best & coming from a beautiful young girl & not ( mom ) lol it made his day! Not only did she help my son but she also called another American eagle when they didn’t have the size Jean jacket I was looking for.. & helped me utilize my “ reward dollars “ NOT TO MENTION she even went online to search for other jeans that were on sale and ordered them for us. I mean seriously name another retail associate who would do this? I’ll wait……….. also Yeishaliz even helped my daughter find a pair of jeans that she went to the back to find.. I can’t say ENOUGH about this location. I stopped to talk to their store manager because I couldn’t leave without letting her know HOW MUCH she helped us! I know for a 10000% fact that this store is being ran by the best store manager & she has taken her time to train the right associates it shows with how the store looks & her how her employees treat their customers! We live about 45 mins away but I promise this is OUR NEW location! Thank you Yeishaliz sooooo much from the bottom of our hearts!!! And thank you to the store manager in making your store the best that I have ever been inside of! Even the store manger went ABOVE and beyond for us today when we had another issue at the leesburg outlet American eagle! TEAM AE AT DULLES YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!! THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES! We will be back sooner then later❤️Hope, Alaila & Kaiden❤️

I had a very good experience at the store today. I returned an item only available online, which was too big. A very nice lady (manager) had someone go in the stockroom and was able to find a returned item in a smaller size. It fits great! The young man who checked me out was also very pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely shop there again.
