Staff very unhelpful and refused to honor AT&T’s return and exchange policy as advertised. Refused to help because the device was purchased online and not at that exact store, even though Corporate AT&T specifically said to go to this specific location for the transaction. Waste of time, and makes me want to switch providers.

Positives: The employee was friendly and helpful. I received immediate service and didn't have to wait.
Negatives: It was unreasonable that AT&T required me to go to a store to verify my identity and that even after showing the employee a photo ID and providing my pin number, he still had to have a code sent to another family member for confirmation.

It’s my second time visiting this location and the service is the same: DISGUSTING!
The guys don’t offer seats while waiting for others costumers been done. They don’t greetings at all.
It is really bad customer service at this point.

Rodrigo and Jing have taken such good care of me. I recently joined from another company and they have been friendly, patient, and answer every question I have had. Highly recommend. They look out for me to ensure I know every detail and keep my account up to date. Excellent customer service!

First of all, Jean Pierre is a lifesaver. He quickly switched my eSIM over to my new phone, reset my att pin, and maintained a friendly and engaging conversation with me all at the same time. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for good customer service and quick service.

The store is in a great location, plenty of parking and assisted mobility friendly.
The store is clean and inviting.
I was greeted upon entry by courteous staff.
They were able to take care of my concerns right away and set me up with the right plan for my needs.

The associates didn’t appear knowledgeable and weren’t helpful. All they seemed to be capable of doing if offering us a seat. Though at the end of the day they were correct in the resolution they recommended (call customer service) they just didn’t seem to care much about helping to resolve our issue. The feeling I got was “well you did this online/by phone and not it his so not our problem”.

The best experience! I ditched Verizon after 10 years. The Dulles 28 AT&T store is professional. They wanted my business. Verizon store in same center didn’t care about keeping my account - losers! AT&T had better deals, better customer service and of specific note… “Jorge” is who sealed the deal!! What a great guy! AT&T is lucky to have him. Thorough, knows the products and services, attentive and very personable. Great experience!! Thanks, Hampton

Upgraded phone and numerous services were added to my account without my knowledge, including phone insurance, home protection and turbo streaming. Very unfortunate since this location usually does such an amazing job.
