I really appreciated all of the help I received today from the workers at Dulles Town Center’s Bbw, especially Ashleigh. She was so patient and knowledgeable as I kept coming up badgering her with random questions haha. She did her very best to find everything and found name the last soap of a scent I LOVE after she realized that everything else was sold out. Thank you so much!

Just wow. You guys need to watch out who y’all hiring. Went there yesterday to get some body care products. The lady suggested me some body lotion and was showing me different scents. Then she told me which one NOT to buy because it’s the one that smells “African American” and that, they buy it the most. I was so shocked that I had to process it, then I had to leave. So sad that there are people with a messed up mindset like that.

I've been going to this Bath & Body Works for years but only now did it occur to me to do a review :D Through the years, I've bought products here and the majority of the time never had any issues when it came time to purchase items. The sales clerks have never been rude. Some will ask if you need help or even suggest items to buy. Others will just greet you and let you be. Never has anyone been overbearing. Once I brought our grandsons into the shop with me. This was when they started sell men's products. I told them to pick out a body wash for themselves and took them over to the correct area. Meanwhile, I went to pick out some items for myself. Then I noticed grandsons dithering over what they wanted and a sales clerk went there to help them decide. They've grown to like the men's products and now want to go with me so I can get them something. My husband now likes their men's soaps which I will buy for him when they are on sale. One thing that can be frustrating---sometimes, they will add a new scent but only sell the body wash or only the lotion. When I want travel size items, sometimes they have a poor selection. I've learned to buy these items when they have a good selection, even though I may not need anything at the time. This past summer, they were giving out samples of laundry detergent. I got a sample of "Sunwashed Santal". The name was meant to evoke images of the desert Southwest. I used that sample when we got home and we both liked how the clean laundry smelled. This scent has "Italian Bergamot, White Violet and Amber wood" in it. It is concentrated and I was skeptical as to if that small amount would be effective and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. They were supposed to start selling it in stores at the end of August. As of this date, it has yet to appear in stores. I ended up ordering some online. They send coupons in the mail which, I guess is a good thing. However, it tends to have me going in the store more often.
