I’ve been going to Minoo for almost 5 years now and I can honestly say she is awesome. Whether it’s a simple trim,a major cut, or a color highlight transformation, she always get it exactly right. I am very conservative about the cut and color, she really listen to what I want and never rush through the appointment.
I feel very relaxed when I go to Minoo for cut and color. I personally dont feel comfortable with people who are very loud and talk non stop. But Minoo is very nice make me very comfortable. I leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Minoo is not only skilled but also patient, and genuinely passionate about her work.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylist who truly cares about making you look and feel your best!

This salon is always clean, tidy and up to date on all the latest trends. Best products to purchase. My stylist Kristen is sooooo fast and reliable. Giving 3 stars even though I wish I could give 5… I just moved to the area and was looking for somewhat fairly priced places to get my highlights redone and a small trim for my hair for my wedding in a few weeks. I had read many great reviews about Mai who was super sweet and kind the entire 4+ hours it took to get my full highlights. Though the method taken to do the highlights themselves I have never had done before, the color turned out well. Where 2 stars are lost though is because: 1st, I told Mai my wedding hair style of half up and half down and despite acknowledging it many times and confirming that where she cut would be long enough for a half up half down style (she asked me for if the length she was going to cut was good/there is no going back but assured me it would still be long enough) it is unfortunately not long enough in the front for an updo style… so I am going to have to pivot my hair style for my wedding and a little devastated about that... 2nd, I understand accidents happen but when I got home I realized that the entire back of my shirt got bleached and is now completely ruined. For the amount that I paid which was way more than the website stated (just be prepared of the extra costs they tell you in salon), I just would have expected more care/caution when it came to making sure clients clothing didn’t get bleached and making sure when confirming a length is right with the client, actually making sure it will work as I have no clue if the length will still be long enough for an updo- that’s the job of the stylist… And yes, I did have to sign a waiver acknowledging that the outcome of the color of my hair may not be what I expect and that any injury or death caused by the salon they were not responsible for, but nothing mentioned damaged possessions. Despite all of that though I do wish I could give 5 stars because Mai was very sweet and patient during the multi-hour process of getting my hair done. Additionally I also called the salon about my shirt as soon as I noticed, they said they would give me a call back and see what they could do but have not heard anything from them!

The entire staff is exceptional! All the women in our house get our hair done here. The stylists actually listen to you and try to make your hair dreams come true (even if it takes many appointments). We will continue to come back every time. The staff are super friendly and the more you go the more they get to know you. Five stars all the way!

Mai was respectful of my hair preferences (no heat on my hair, no products, and just a shampoo and cut). Will def come back since I have been struggling to find someone who isn’t trying to sell to me the whole time and make me get a haircut that doesn’t fit my hair (re: without the need to blow dry and curl every day with lots of products). Very happy!

I’ve been going to this salon for years and after a few stylists I finally found Minoo. She has been my stylist for 3 years now and does my highlights, color, cut and styling. Minoo is very professional, experienced and takes the time to explain each service. She never rushes through the process. Now even my daughter insists on only getting her hair cut from Minoo. Minoo is very flexible and accommodates my times and appointments. Thank you Minoo. You are awesome!
