The ladies that work here are the sweetest and most accommodating ear piercers I’ve met till this. I had the pleasure of working with Lyubov to get my ears pierced, she’s such an expert at it and does a wonderful job. She ensured the process was explained to me throughly, answered all my questions and was super patient as I changed my mind multiple times about the selection of earrings and even the location of the piercing. She truly knows what she’s doing and I’d highly recommend the place to all my friends and family. Definitely coming back for my future piercings!

Jayleen is the manager of Claire’s in Dulles Mall and was supposed to get off of work at 6:00pm and we were running late due to traffic and when I called she told me to take my time and she would be here. She was wonderful, professional and the store was so clean and organized. I will definitely be back to get my other kiddos ears pierced and mine too and will only trust this manager Jayleen. She made my daughter feel at ease and a terrific experience getting her ears pierced for the first time! I was so grateful that she stayed after hours and took a picture to always treasure this memory! I highly recommend this Claire’s and especially if getting your ears pierced!

I was there today and I was standing at the check out stand for mad long and none of the employees would come to the register even though there were multiple employees in the store and I know they saw me yet none of them would come check me out.

I got my ear piereced 4 times at 4 different places and they all got infected. Claire’s was the only place where it didn’t get infected.

Took two small girls here, the person working couldn't have been nicer! Both girls got to pick out a handful of items, along with a few recommendations that would have been missed if we'd just looked through the store by ourselves.

11/26/22I can say I have much need for Claire's myself, but there was a time I did wear a mood necklace. I have even considered getting my ears pierced, but never did.I watched as little girls as young as 1 year old get her first earrings. My wife went looking for something in this store, but I was drawn to the mood rings/necklaces. The items offered did not look appealing and did not get anything. Still, if you want to get earrings, you have plenty of options to choose from.
