I went to Walmart with the intention to get my car keys cut. Since it is a fob I can't use the self cut machine. I went to the back to get it manually cut however they had no associate their. One of the workers said that the person wasn't in today. I asked if in the entirety of Walmart just one person cuts the keys. He was nice enough to call the manager to ask who responded in hindi "ask them to use the self use machine" the nice worker responded telling the manager that the key is a fob, to my surprise the manager said "well tell him the machine is not working". Instead of assisting me, they chose to lie about the functionality of the machine and remove me from the location. Prakash tried to help however his manager appears to careless about the customer.

Best Walmart location. Pharmacy deserves 5 stars, the entire staff is outstanding. The grocery section is very frustrating; 1. Meat is frequently left on shelf well past the expiration date, both lunch meat and 'butchered' meat. 2. The paid shoppers are consistently oblivious to their surroundings and many are quite rude.
Update: Visited the vision center at Dulles Landing. Amele helped me pick out my new glasses. She was very intuitive and insightful in making recommendations. We landed on a pair that was fantastic. She was extremely friendly and courteous...had a great sense of humor, too ! I could not be more pleased with the experience.

It is the standard place we went to get college supplies. Standard placement same products. I hate the items which youtubers sells there. I don't know how they get these products into the stores. Kids get influenced by the YouTube and they make products and sell. That is not good. They try to rub on the consumers

thier management is useless i got robbed of my money i refunded they gave me a gift card and the gift card doesnt work so they said oh it will be added later, later cam by and money never showed up and they never helped me. I hope hq fires all of the management here

Edith is really rude, discriminating, and racist. Every time I go to Walmart, she always stops me at the door when I'm leaving. She only checks my stuff and no one else's, she checks it 2-3 times. Today I went to Walmart again and she asked for my receipt, I didn't print one out but I had my phone receipt. I showed it to her but she couldn't pull it up and then she sent me to customer service. The lady there couldn't figure out why it wasn't showing so she called a someone else and she fixed it. I went back to show her and she checked it twice. I asked why she only stops me but no one else then she just gave me a look and told me to leave.

quite literally the worst experience i’ve ever had. waited at the paint section for 15 minutes(timed and everything) and was repeatedly ignored. to make matters worse worker Ashok saw we needed help and ignored us about three times before someone else was sent. they have a help button but there is quite literally no point in it as nobody absolutely NOBODY will come to help you. spammed the button after the third time of pressing it and still nobody came we had to go find someone
