Do not go here , they discriminate you. Horrible service. Waited 20 mins for the employee to go in the back to get the shoes I wanted, but then I see her helping others and getting their shoes. And these customers came in after me.
You want Nikes , just go to the Nike store and at least they help you.
One more thing you want real reviews go to Yelp, they have 3 stars there. With Google reviews, they can buy reviews and get 5 stars.

This is not a good location. Just like previous reviews my on clouds were damaged and I noticed after I bought it. I saw that it was display when I was already about at the checkout. I went back to return when I noticed there was some damages after the fact and didn’t let me return. There was an older blond lady at the cashier who has zero customer service skills and along with the manager none of them should be the front of this store. I live next door and won’t mind driving further away to go shop in a different location. Lastly this is store is a complete mess and hard to find products.

I will never shop at Dick’s again. Bought a hoodie in May, wore it for 2 weeks and washed it once and the zipper completely fell off. Dick’s would not exchange it and suggested I contact underarmor direct as they would not exchange it without a receipt. I am not in the habit of keeping every receipt - so I accept my part, but I feel that is terrible customer service and I had to eat $100 for a useless product. It was a complete turnoff and I won’t ever return.
Btw - this is their official return policy:
Returns without a Valid Proof of Purchase must be returned using a valid ID and will receive a store credit for the lowest selling price. Store credit may be used for in-store merchandise purchases only.
Obviously they don’t honor their own policy. I hope people read this review.

I purchased a GT aggressor MTB from this location a while back have not been able to get on the bike much and recently got back onto it and I discovered my front wheel is not anywhere close to true. to the moron that worked on my bike before I took it home you should be fired the bike itself is decent and a good starter MTB but when I'm purchasing something that expensive I expect it to be damn near perfect and because of the employees incompetence I have to true the wheel myself with literally no experience thank you

They Leave electric doors open so it's freezing and too cold to shop. It's 38 degrees currently! We try to get out as soon as possible - every time; hence, we spend less time here which equals spending less money here! The fact that the 'down escalator' has been broken or powered off for months is ridiculous! The prices paid for their merchandise certainly warrants being able to afford closing the doors to the outside and heat the store and fix an escalator! Come on Dick's management! Put attention to your store!

I went around 8:50 to the store but when I came to pay upstairs the teammate name Andrew who seems Asian said to my friend if he was stealing which he wasn’t just because he was touching the tags that beem the ones that take out of the clothes so they don’t beem it was a terrible experience to pass with my friend assuming he was stealing if I was you I would fired him by assuming such a thing.

Reviewing the Dick's in Gaithersburg Maryland they are so incompetent it doesn't even show up in Yelp reviews do not ask any Dick's employees about pickleball paddles they are absolutely clueless especially the managers I asked the staff and managers questions about paddles and they answered everything completely wrong I'm one of the best pickleball coaches in the country and know what I'm talking about
