This is a great DSW store. On today’s visit, I was looking for shoes and an employee asked if I needed assistance. I actually did and he was very helpful.
This store has a lot of merchandise: Women’s, Men’s and Children’s shoes. The store is well kept, very neat and organized.
Don’t forget to check in the very back for the clearance shoes.
There are a few handicap parking spots very close to the front of the store.
They also have accessories: socks, purses, etc in the front of the store.

This is my first time visiting a DSW. I am very pleased. I had the perfect experience. I was well taken care of and I bought the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. I was given 15 percent off since I am a new customer. It doesn't get any better than this!!

⚜️Good evening ladies and gentlemen, workers, directors and owners of this store,⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️How is everyone this evening? ⚜️I hope and pray that all is well with you. ⚜️As I have good news to share about my great experience early today with visiting your store. ⚜️First of all, I hardly shop here except my dear ones. ⚜️I came into the store with a mission that was accomplished all thanks to the beautiful, beautiful smiling, fashionable lady in a blue dress who greeted me at the door This powerful and kind French representative quote a very good method for customer service done the right way.⚜️ ⚜️Finally, thanks for listening, God bless and Jesus loves you.up front.⚜️Apparently it was a women's gym bag that was a gift well deserved and designed but functional which was necessary for my mother. ⚜️It was necessary for her and not me at all. ⚜️Anyway, I liked and enjoyed my experience because this lady helped me very well and it was a perfect, stylish and easy to carry too. ⚜️She did it from start to finish in a methodical, patient, reliable, respectful and supportive manner. ⚜️I wish they had shopping bags instead of going green. ⚜️Oh good.⚜️ Finally I will end this review with a powerful quote from France itself, said by a famous French lady who discovered radium itself which is used in Xray machines today in the world entire. What have more priorities trying to get a customer signed up while the other register dealing with another complaint, while seeing passive trolling as if someone was gonna take up the middle register then walls away when there is a line forming out of the setup que. Obvious lack of management since former employees complained about it via glassdoor

The employees in this location are very rude, they have never try to help the customer and make the shopping experience pleasant, I’ve been to different locations, their associate were so kind, friendly and helpful!Dulles landing location staffs are good for nothing!! Horrible store manager.
