“Took in my tablet in recently to replace the glass screen, and wasn't able to pick it up right away after repairs were completed. They were good enough to hold onto it, knowing my financial situation, for at least two months. I did have to check in, so they'd know I hadn't abandoned it, which I found to be an understandable condition. When I did finally pick it up, I had no issues with the finished product.
Further, I have used PC Mobile for tablet repairs over at least the past 6 years at the recommendation of a T-Mobile employee and have never had an issue with them. They know what they're doing, and have been fair with me from the start. I'd recommend them to anyone who asked for a good electronics repair business.”
“Superb job, was seeking data recovery specialist in Sterling/Reston area for a hard drive data restoration - no backup. Lost all my data on my Mac hard drive and had issue with file corruption. Eduardo did a fantastic job and was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and generous. Helped me reequip my MacBook Air with larger internal storage swap. Very sincere and reasonable service and fantastic professionalism. Cannot thank enough, grateful to have my data back!”

While my first experience with them was less than perfect, I recently got my phone back, and they did a good job. It was done in about 4 hours, and my screen is as good as new. Only problem I have is with organization, and miscommunication.”
“This place makes the Apple Store seem like child’s play. I brought my phone thinking it was unrepairable with a fully cracked front screen and back. It wasn't aligned either. Within a day, it looked like a brand new phone without having to shell out $1000+ at an Apple Store to get replaced. Phenomenal service and store. Highly recommend.”

“I dropped my computer with my usb attached to it and the driver stopped showing up on the computer; however, I was able to get the data salvaged the same day it happened. Very fortunate to have a professional recover my data without much hassle or cost. Prior to finding this place, other tech businesses I called seemed to be less time efficient and complicated because they did not have an in-house technician. “Called them around 5:30 and repair person was at my house by 7 to replace my iphone screen that had stopped responding to touch and the work was done at a fair price, much less expensive than Apple wanted to charge. The repair took roughly 20 minutes and both service and communication was exceptional. I've saved their info in my contacts in the event that I need their services again. I would highly recommend.”
“I read the bad review from “King Hotrod” and am totally confused by it. I dealt with Kamran, who is AMAZING. Kamran is a diamond in the rough. He’s will not do work on your TV, just to make a buck, when he KNOWS it’s not going to fix the problem. If the fix (and the commission you will have to pay him for doing the repair) cost MORE then buying a new TV, Kamran is going to tell you. Honestly, what more could you ask for from a guy whose job and income are DEPENDENT on doing the work?!? Unless “King Hotrod” dealt with someone other than Kamran, the problem was with King Hotrod, not Kamran. As long as I live here, I have found the person I’m going to call when I have a problem with my TV. It’s Kamran. If you’ve stumbled on this post because you’re looking for a TV repair guy, stop looking. You’ve found him. Honestly, I don’t leave a lot of reviews & I felt compelled to leave this one. He could have fixed what I THOUGHT was the problem & charged me. He would have made money. It wouldn’t have fixed the problem & because of this, he ended up not doing the work and more importantly, not getting a commission. I will recommend Kamran to everyone I know, which unfortunately, isn’t a lot. So that’s why I’m telling you. You’ve found the guy you want to work on your TV. Look not further.”
“As someone who used to buy and trade in games online with eStarland 20-ish years ago, it was kind of surreal to finally visit this store in person. I stopped by to picked an online order, but spent some time browsing their selection, which is pretty impressive. After waiting in the check-out line for a good 20+ minutes, I was finally able to check-out and pick up my order. Eric was incredibly helpful and patient, even as I asked random questions, asked for additional games, and refunded a game from my online order. The initial wait felt like a lot, as other reviewers mentioned, but after that experience, it was totally worth the wait. I hope I get to come back again in the future.”
