IAD Enterprise rent a car. Takes your return car and asks if you need an emailed receipt but does not send one in a timely fashion. Enterprise rental agreement 368284909

Now, more than 24 hours since the return of the rental car to the Enterprise IAD facility, I still have not received the promised email receipt. This is not acceptable business practice.

I dropped a car off and notified them that the car they gave me had an expired registration and was pulled over because of it. I didn't ask for anything in return, but later I see that these guys billed me for two extra days. I dropped the car off Friday night, but they're saying i dropped it off on Monday. I dont know what's worse, fraudulently adding the two extra days to my bill or being incompetent enough to not see the car that I dropped off until two days later. These guys have not yet resolved this issue, and I have contacted them at least 4 times now, and nothing has happened. Never book through enterprise.

Outstanding staff they have at this location. Courteous, friendly and always happy to help. Shoutout to Ahmed, Savannah, Ms. Frédérique, Solomon and the rest of the crew! Will always recommend this place 🤓.

Was told on the phone I would be switched out of my vehicle that had expired tags and that was not the vehicle I originally reserved when I got there and got all my baggage out I was I’d have to haul all my stuff back and get back in my expired tag vehicle. Manager was not helpful.

Chris, the manager at this location, is absolutely amazing! He made me feel truly heard and seen. He listened attentively to my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve my issue with a great rental. Thank you so much, Chris! I sincerely appreciate your help!

The service and efficiency at this Enterprise gets a lot better now. Staff are friendly, even when you are alone somewhere in the compound someone will approach you and check on you to see if you need any assistance.
You can tell that everyone does a little extra and goes beyond!!
Apparently AMERICA can provide good, friendly, and efficient service it is not an impossible task.
It all depends on the organization, the leadership, the training, and also how you reward your employees fairly.
Good job, Enterprise! Keep up the good work.

The enterprise location at the Dulles International Airport is great! They were very helpful and made the whole experience as easy as possible! Would recommend to anyone looking to get a rental at the airport

Our experience with Enterprise was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable and efficient. Our flight itinerary changed and they were very accommodating. We will definitely use them when we travel in the future.

Amazing. In the past couple of years enterprise has become insanely easy and fast. Every interaction is very quick and a big relief when traveling to not have to wait or spend stupid amounts of time getting or dropping a car.

This review goes out to David as he helped out in a situation when you could say it wasn't his problem - Long story short, he went out of his way to get himself involved in my lost and found items when the L&F personnel flat out told me to submit a claim. David could tell how frustrated I was since I was told by multiple Enterprise Tysons people that my stuff would be at Dulles. After David had called another Enterprise and investigated where the car was, still no success. I ended up leaving the branch. Within 15 minutes David called me back to let me know that they had found my stuff and indicated where it would be located.

I had issues with my vehicle and Chris from the Dulles Airport location went up and beyond to help me secure a new vehicle and have a safe ride home. It was unfortunate that a brand new Ram 1500 2025 suffered electrical issues. I would encourage the staff at Enterprise to do a more thorough check on Quality control before renting a vehicle that may cause heartburn like I experienced travelling across state.
