English is not my first knowledge, I went to the store and wanted to buy some shoes for my family. I was not approached or greeted by anyone. I saw someone who had the same skin tone be approached faster and quicker. I couldn’t find my shoes that I wanted.

KEEP YOUR KIDS SAFE (would give 0 stars)
At the mall doing my own thing and I witness a scary event go down. A young girl walked to go inside Finish Line, then gets approached by a grown tall sweaty man in a white shirt? She backed away from him. I felt like something was wrong, so I kept watching (but now from a distance) to see if everything was okay. She tried walking away from him and he blocked her, keeping her there! Her mother comes over, with a even younger kid! There's a bit of yelling. The girl looked like she was trying to calm her mother but the guy kept pointing at them. Some lady that works there got involved but they kicked the family out and had the man sit down inside?? What kind of store kicks out a lady with two kids instead of the man who's clearly harassing the young girl who's trying to go to her mom!?? I haven't shopped at Finish Line in a while but I'm for sure NEVER going back. I felt bad for just being a bystander, but I didn't want to get involved since I was alone (that man was clearly crazy). If you have kids I recommend you don't go to Finish Line, they do not have your kids safety in mind and would rather turn you away then save you.
Finish Line protects predators, not kids.

I went to this store with my friend today, we were looking around and my friend decided to tried a shoe on, the employee on duty (short young lady) yelled at us and said in a rude mode that WE COULDN'T try on the shoes that were on display, I asked her why? Why if EVERYONE DO THE SAME? and she told me in a rude mode again with actitude that it WASN'T POSSIBLE without any explanation. We left that store confused because NO shoe store has ever told me that you CAN'T TRY ON sample shoes.. Terrible service, I will never go back... Save your money and go somewhere else where they will give you better customer service.

Manager and workers were not professional at all. Workers were goofing around and laughing instead of welcoming customers and asking if they needed help. Manager is absolutely useless, I came in to exchange some shoes that I bought 2 days earlier and was told I could not return it because “box was damaged” even tho I got it like that when I purchased the shoe. The shoe has only been worn one time at the store to try on and that was it. I’m very angered and will definitely not be coming back. Save your money and go to footlocker🤦♂️

Worst experience ever, I came in to buy shoes the guy who help he was an Asian guy with blonde short hair and he wears glasses he's height is on the short side, he always looks at you with one eyebrow up like he is always confused or something, I asked him for a shoe size and he rolled his eye at me telling me we don't have it while he didn't even check the back at all, with him was a Latina with dark hair and she had nose piercing she was super nasty, they where whispering and laughing when I was asking them questions because apparently I was indecisive, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Store was moderately busy and only one male staff member was working( which was wearing regular street clothes with no name tag visible so, he was difficult to identify). I Did not feel welcomed and did not receive proper assistance. Poor customer service from the manager on dutie especially named “Katie” (store location #394). The manager was eating and having what her cell phone screen read as a 1hour and 4 min cellphone conversation with “ sis” instead of properly assisting customers. I have never witnessed a manager at any place that I have ever been in such attire: flip flops, leggings, and a t-shirt no name tag displayed. The manager refused to sale me the last pair of new balance sneakers that were on display. I ended up going to Footlocker within the mall experiencing great customer service and being sold the last new balance shoe they also had in stock.This is the worst foot action (location #394) I have ever visited. I also reported the incident to the supervisor and hope to hear from them soon with some sort of solution.

was told at the register that i couldn’t by a specific shoe unless i handed the employee $20 plus the cost of the shoe! assuming employees are allowed to take tips now!? won’t be returning!
