Worst experience ever, I came in to buy shoes the guy who help he was an Asian guy with blonde short hair and he wears glasses he's height is on the short side, he always looks at you with one eyebrow up like he is always confused or something, I asked him for a shoe size and he rolled his eye at me telling me we don't have it while he didn't even check the back at all, with him was a Latina with dark hair and she had nose piercing she was super nasty, they where whispering and laughing when I was asking them questions because apparently I was indecisive, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Store was moderately busy and only one male staff member was working( which was wearing regular street clothes with no name tag visible so, he was difficult to identify). I Did not feel welcomed and did not receive proper assistance. Poor customer service from the manager on dutie especially named “Katie” (store location #394). The manager was eating and having what her cell phone screen read as a 1hour and 4 min cellphone conversation with “ sis” instead of properly assisting customers. I have never witnessed a manager at any place that I have ever been in such attire: flip flops, leggings, and a t-shirt no name tag displayed. The manager refused to sale me the last pair of new balance sneakers that were on display. I ended up going to Footlocker within the mall experiencing great customer service and being sold the last new balance shoe they also had in stock.This is the worst foot action (location #394) I have ever visited. I also reported the incident to the supervisor and hope to hear from them soon with some sort of solution.

was told at the register that i couldn’t by a specific shoe unless i handed the employee $20 plus the cost of the shoe! assuming employees are allowed to take tips now!? won’t be returning!

I don't often write a bad review unless it is truly earned. The people were very nice but I had to ask to get a for measuring tool. Also the store policy is you can only try on one shoe; seriously how can you tell if a shoe fits if I can't try it on. I will never go here again.

Bunch of frauds working here. They had a couple air Jordan 1s sitting in the back and when I asked about them the person said they were some other shoes that they couldn’t sell. I’m here to buy shoes and your telling me you can’t sell me the shoes? The guy had a pony tail. Straight up fraudulent.

The managers need to be more polite i went with my brother to get him new kicks this is the 4th time they don't have his size so from now on we just gonna stick to ordering online for our shoes

So I brought my dad a pair of shoes for his birthday last week, once I was in the store with my dad he ask the girl if he could walk with them so he can see if they would fit, we got the shoes and as soon as we got to the house and he tried them on he noticed they were kind of thigh in the front by where the nails are and so we went to the store and they said that they couldn't help because the shoes where wear but they look new cuz he used it for only 20 minutes and I was to walking inside my house. I left the store feeling upset and now my dad has to use a pair of shoes that they're not even his size. Worse customer service there. Oh yeah and the reason they couldn't accept the shoes back it's because the buttons of the shoes look like they were worn and you can see that in the last pic that they don't look like they were worn outside or a lot.

On December 22, I went to this Finish Line store to make a return of a pair of shoes that I ordered online. I had my email receipt with the in-store return barcode available. The gentleman that helped seemed to be preoccupied chatting with his coworker. He told me the return was processed and gave me a computer receipt and said that I would get an email receipt confirming my return, while also taking the merchandise. About 5 days later I realized the money had not gone back on my card, so I called customer care who informed me that a return wasn’t processed. The employee instead REQUESTED a return of the online order, and gave me a return label and not a return receipt. I have gone back and forth with Finish Line’s customer care who have yet to return my funds. This is absolutely unacceptable and such an inconvenience for me, the consumer. How am I suppose to ship merchandise to finish line for a return, when the Finish Line store kept the merchandise after falsely telling me the return was processed?

From walking into the store should have known there was going to be an issue. Not greeted when walking in had to the get the employee's attention. Upon getting to the checkout employee "Rich" stated that I could not use a military discount I stated to him Finishline always gave me a discount as I have been to many different ones. "Rich" stated that it was store policy only "Active" duty personnel and dependents could use the discount. So I left the store went to another mall to a Finishline and discount applied with no problem after presenting my identification (military veteran).

I won't be coming here anymore that a local child predator is employed. The employees doesn't seem to care and the fact that He was hired due to his background shows that the place doesn't care for customer's safety.
