An overweight woman with brown greasy hair and black-framed glasses had a rancid, nasty attitude. When I greeted her hello, she did not respond & looked through me as if I wasn’t there. Moreover, she told me an item I had picked out had no tag, but her awful tone made it seem like it was my fault that the tag was missing, although I did NOTHING to the tag. All the workers that I’ve met in the Northern Virginia area were kind and helpful to me, so it was shocking to see such lack of respect coming from one person. I’d either recommend her to take customer service classes or just leave the company entirely. She had this attitude for all of the customers that worked here, and it was ironic that she asked me to answer a question inquiring on how my visit went. It would’ve been a 10 if she wasn’t there. I wish I could vote 0.

Love this location. Clean and organized. Staffs are very helpful specially Saeed on the cashier is friendly to all customers and cater to you if you have any questions.

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, nice and helpful staff. Lots of fun and seasonal stuff! (especially summer). Actually priced under 5 dollars.

When my daughter and her two friends went to this 5 below they were expecting to have a fun shopping experience, getting some gifts and freeze dried candies. However, a female employee was quite rude to my girls and ruined their experience. My daughter told me how this employee mocked her after she said "freeze dried candy!" being excited when she saw the section. In addition, I was told the lady was very off task, flirting with the other employee, tickling him, and not being very attentive to the register or her job. I am very upset with how this lady treated my daughter and her friends, I expect better from people working in stores catered to the younger generations. My daughter and her friends are just innocent 14 year old girls trying to have fun. Please do better 5 Below.

Always a pretty fun trip with the kids. Selection is decent. I've seen some bigger Five Belows with a bit better organization and presentation. This one is adequate for the size.

Rude employees that hide in the back and don't want to interact. I had a simple question about an item, I was polite. The man barely looked at me and incorrectly and dismissively stated "we have no Toy Story items here" while not even stopping his walk (they had several of the Toy Story alien toys up front). Store in disarray, boxes everywhere and employees themselves disheveled with stained clothing.

Although the store looks like little messy..the inventory is quite good and have plenty of stuff to look around. You can even find some brand names for $5 and under

I go to this location when I need something specific, especially Squishmallows for my kids! Prices are typically pretty good, quality isn't always the best, which is to be expected. It can get pretty unorganized/messy, especially lately, but they're trying. Sometimes items should definitely be under $5 but are still priced $5 but hey that's how it goes. For the most part the employees are helpful, especially the guy with the beard. The guy who I am assuming is the owner though, can be really hit or miss. I've had a good experience with him and bad ones. He is a taller, older gentleman and speaks fairly broken English. Once he gave my younger son (5) a little toy and that was great, but another time he was running the register and was trying to tell my timid older son (9) to hand him items to scan and when my son was unsure of what he wanted he proceeded to snatch the items from him to the point my son was visibly shaken and mentioned it once we left. He can also get very irritated and once started to raise his voice when I couldn't understand what he was asking me. I do enjoy going in but I have started to really dread interactions with the owner and that is the main reasons for deducting stars.
