A very horrible experience. I was looking at shoes and i saw the biggest roach that I ever saw. I told the workers what happened and they were very mean about it. They tried bribing me for what I saw but then the milky banna god came to me his voice was like music to my ear and said the most beautiful words I ever heard in my life. HE SAID... "Milky bananas"

Came to the store kejuan k name on the receipt was standing my son and I came up to him wanted to purchase a jordan retro shoes he told us that my son cannot fit the shoes that he needs to know the size. I asked him if he can get my sons shoe soze he said no. My son really wanted this shoes so we bought it got home and it was tight. Drove back and met Justin who was super nice and we told him we need to swap for a bigger size. He said sure do you want to try it on? I silaid the other guy said you can't try it on. Oh no you can kejuan proceeds to walk next to him and mumbled something and he said oh because other kids were trying them in on and damaging it. My husband and I was with my son. How fragile is this shoes that when you put it on it will get damaged. This kejuan profiled us. He needs to know his luxury brands if he is going to profile people thinking that we cant buy. Im carrying a $2800 prada bag just because the brand is not common doesn't mean I cannot afford a $160 shoes.

Very poor customer service at the store, the sales associate refused to give paper receipt of my purchase and was insisting that if I don’t give him my email he will not give me any paper receipt. He was very rude to us and I ended up cancelling my purchase and he never bothered at all. He also was already creating an account for me which I did not want to create. I would rather buy shoes online or another, i am never coming back to foot locker.I even tried to register my complaint with the customer service and it was even worst, the guy from customer service asked for my address phone number and email before filing my complaint. I don’t blame the store associate now the whole company has horrible customer service.
