Discriminates against white men. I walked into the store at the same time as a Hispanic lady. I have been here countless times buying presents for kids. This time for some reason, store guy told me to leave because I had a covered hot tea from starbucks. Hispanic lady next to me has a fruity drink and brings it into the store. No signs present or visible saying no drinks, and store is dead empty. Store manager tells me to leave, not Hispanic lady. Makes no sense.

This entire chain is a complete ripoff. Everything they sell has an Insane markup on it for some reason and this is true for multiple locations. I keep running into action figures in these places being sold for double what ai could find on amazon, at target/Walmart or even at an independently run collector shop for way less. I just went into this location today and saw they were selling a Year 1 Transformers Legacy Armada Universe Starscream figure for $44.99… for a 3 year old toy that on Big Bad Toy Store goes for about $34.99 and amazon has on sale for $24.99 from Around $33.99. That is like a $10 dollar markup which is pretty messed up for a store that takes advantage of paying low rent in malls and I have even been to this one when they didn’t have AC running. I cannot in good conscience recommend any store in this chain, whether you’re a collector or a parent. I assure you it’s cheaper online, and this is coming from someone who detests online shopping.

I’ve been in the store several times but hadn’t met the sales person Rami (I hope I’m spelling that correctly). Rami made the experience so wonderful. He was so kind, so helpful, friendly and personable. We made our purchases and thanked Remi so much for his help and then later on in the day, I realized I lost my glasses, ran back to the store, and Rami came up to me and handed them to me like he knew I was coming back for them. He is just awesome. I can’t say enough good things about him, I hope he’s recognized for all the good work he does and how good he is with customers. I tried to call the store directly, but it was transferred to corporate so I was unable to tell the manager how lovely Rami was, but I hope they see the review and realize how lucky they are to have such a wonderful person working for them.

the calendar selection is vast and the customer service is something to admire. they have been nice to me and the number of calendars they have in stock are great. the toy selection is also vast i was enamored by the number of toys in stock

As I entered the store, I was told to leave. The employee told me the store was closing for lunch, but if I wanted, I could come back later. I drove 28 miles specifically to go to this store. This is why people by things online.
