I Had placed an order online right before valentines day for some classic navy blue converse. I kept checking my order status and it kept telling me that it was on the way to the store. 2 Weeks passed by (it was promised 5 days from the day i ordered) and I decided to stop by and turns out the package came to the store but was ignored by the employees. This was frustrating process and will not be ordering for pick up at this store. Who know how long my package was sitting there.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was helped my the manager I believe her name was Ana. Amazing worker, attended the me as soon as I entered helped me find the shoes I needed and made check out quick and easy. Overall great experience I appreciate her so much!!!

The service was amazing! We went in looking for specific shoes and the advisor jumped in to help us with sizing. Though they did not have my size, he explained the other models and brought me the closest models and sizes. They also offered to order the shoes I wanted in my size with my order and not charge shipping. It made it convenient to get everything I needed in one go.

Terrible service! We were in this weekend and there were 2 workers there, one I believe was on her break. The other girl was staring at phone when we walked in and didn’t acknowledge us. Three different times I went to the counter, she was looking at her phone and didn’t acknowledge me until I said something or the other worker told her I was standing there. My daughter tried on shoes and couldn’t tell if they had enough room for growing so I asked the girl to check them. She looked at me like I had two heads. “Check them?” I said “Yes, to see if there’s room” and she said “I don’t know what you mean” then asked my daughter how they felt. She brought out more boxes, handed them to us, made no effort to help us lace the Vans or do anything beyond walking them out. I’d give negative stars but we did find what we needed, with almost no help from the staff and an extremely unpleasant experience. We won’t be returning to this location.

I was super excited to get some new boots but they would only let me try on one at a time. there were 3 other costumers other than me and they were all given both pairs of shoes and the box to try on the shoes. I don't know if it was discrimination but they were super rude. I even asked if I could try on both boots right in front of the mirror and I would give it right back or just buy, and they said no. I've never experienced anything like that. It was the guy dressed up as the pope in white. He was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.-Update, spoke to customer service on the phone and they told me that I can try on both pairs of shoes and walk around the store to see how they feel, and there is no such thing as trying only one shoe on at a time.

Worst customer service ever , I will never shop there, over priced over shoes , wrong prices on the shoes . I guess they don't believe in the "customer is always right " motto
