“The new store seems to be bigger than the old location. They also have a veterinary service in house and their cat adoption section is a more permanent facility. Two negatives in my mind. 1) it would make more sense to have the cat adoption on the same side of the building as the cat food. The way it is now, the cats are at one end and the cat food is completely at the opposite end of the building. And 2) they seem to be having issues with their registers. Each time I've checked out, the receipt never prints out. They have to go back into the system and force a receipt to print... And since the system doesn't update immediately, you have to wait a couple of minutes for your receipt to show up for them to get it and reprint it.”

I love both locations! My dog has hip dysplasia and she has benefited from the underwater treadmill. The therapists do a wonderful job guiding her and making her feel comfortable. I also really appreciate their advice to further improve her mobility.”
“This has always been a favorite of mine to take new rescue dogs to for socialization practice. The staff is so well informed and helpful. It's not as busy as the huge superstores, but the selection on all pet needs is incredibly ample.”
“I love this place so much to the point where I can ditch main corps like pet smart or chewy and come here instead, I’ve only been here three times and each time was so pleasant. They have everything I need for my raw fed pup and better! Amazing brands, non of the bad cheap brands, great quality and so much more beneficial for your pup. They really take into consideration on our animals health by providing the best stuff possible and barely breaks the bank compared to main corps. Love this place and will be coming here on the regular. (They also have a really cute and sweet cat roaming around the store)”

“I was in a pinch and needed a groomer to cut my dog same day. After calling various groomers I stumbled upon Canine Carousel. This groomer was able to work with me to get my dog in and cut, bathed, and nail trim. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful. The groomer was amazing. Very friendly staff and great great work. This is only the second time I've ever written a review but I felt like this place went above and beyond in order to make a customer happy.”
“I’ve been visiting Centreville Aquarium regularly and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots. Living in Sterling, I’ve had a hard time finding quality discus fish nearby, but this place always has a great selection—including healthy, vibrant discus and beautiful glo fish.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Whether it’s advice on tank setup or choosing the right fish, they’ve always taken the time to guide me patiently. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and their customers.
Highly recommend to anyone in Northern VA looking for a trustworthy, well-maintained aquarium store!”

“Little Jenna’s is officially our new go-to spot! I have two large dogs, and one of them usually hates getting her nails trimmed—she typically needs two or three people just to keep her calm. But when Leah did it, she said Stella was great! After past grooming appointments, Stella was often traumatized and not herself for at least 48 hours, which was really hard to see. This time was completely different.
Our second pup, our German Shepherd, has honestly never looked better. I wish I had added the de-shed, but he still looked amazing. Leah did such a wonderful job with both dogs, and we will absolutely be back! ?✨”
“I’ve been a loyal customer of this Lidl location for many years and have always appreciated the store’s quality and value. However, I’d like to share some feedback regarding the self-checkout area. The space is quite tight, making it difficult to navigate—especially when using a large cart. Today, I found myself having to squeeze between other customers who were checking out, as there wasn’t enough room to pass comfortably without moving someone else’s cart.
I also noticed that while the store has seven cashier lanes, typically only one is open. If possible, it might be beneficial to remove one of the cashier lanes to create more space for the self-checkout area. This adjustment would make the checkout process smoother and more comfortable for all customers.

“This Petco is a great place for aquarium hobbyists. They usually bring in unique and interesting fish, as well as fresh and high-quality aquarium supplies. I’ve seen some rare and hard-to-find species here that you don’t normally find in other stores. It’s always worth stopping by to see what new fish and items they have in stock.”

“I honestly do not understand where the negative reviews are coming from, and I usually refrain from commenting this because my experience doesn’t have to be the experience of others.
But everyone here has been so kind to us from day 1 when we adopted our first dog.
Our bully mix pup can be a handful and the store manager, all staff we’ve met at the register, our trainer at the puppy class Connor and our groomers Justin and Emma have all been so good to Scuba and us. I hope more people get to have the positive experiences we’ve had.”
