We had the absolute pleasure of working with Cynthia at PetSmart for both the beginner and intermediate dog training classes, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Cynthia is the dog whisperer, we are convinced! Her patience, calm demeanor, and ability to communicate with both dogs and their owners made all the difference.
Cynthia taught us essential commands, how to socialize our pup, and most importantly, how to enjoy the training process. Her classes were fun, informative, and effective. By the end of the sessions, our puppy was more settled and responsive, and we felt more confident as dog parents.
A special highlight was the graduation ceremonies Cynthia organizes at the end of each course—complete with caps for the dogs and photo ops! It's such a thoughtful touch and really shows how much she cares about her students.
We’re thoroughly enjoying our time with our puppy now, and it's all thanks to Cynthia’s guidance. The value we received from these classes far exceeded the cost. We highly recommend Cynthia and the PetSmart training program to any dog owner looking to build a better bond with their pup.

Every time I’m here all their fish are sick. Every. Time. This is the second time I came here looking for an oranda and I haven’t been able to get one ANYWHERE because they’re all sick!!!! And yes, it is a new batch of fish. Still sick though. Go to a real aquarium spot because this isn’t it. Not to mention not a single person could be found.

We recently had private training with our new rescue pup led by Cynthia. She was patient with us and with our hesitant dog. We learned the basics like “sit”, “down”, “here”, “focus”, “wait” and “leave it”. It was money well spent!

Cynthia is an amazing trainer for our puppy. She's very patient, methodical, compassionate, and has a ton of good tips and tricks on how to get your puppy to listen to you and maintain calmness. Our pup, Coco, was very anxious in his first week and within 5 weeks he learned all the basic commands even with distractions along with socializing with other puppies and humans! We are definitely going to look to do a next level class with Cynthia. Thank you!

The female associate help me at the aquarium has little attitude, is a customer service based job if you can’t be professional then you’re not gonna last. However she young and won’t even be here in 6 to 8 months. But they should train them better. The customer service Is getting worse

Pet grooming services here is horrible. They charge 15$ for we showing up 15 mins late, and they delayed our pet grooming service by 4 hours. We had an appointment, and would want our pet to be taken care off around the time of the appointment, not at the end of the day.
