Friendly staff, shelves are fully stocked and the aisles are neat. I always get greeted when I enter and have a pleasant experience when checking out.

I am sorry to post that I usually buy online through Chewy, BUT I needed something stat, called this Pet Smart to see if they had product, asked price - told the nice guy that it was alot cheaper on Chewy, he said, "We'll match Chewy's price!!!" I was there within 15 minutes! So impressed by that! I believe I'll be going there more often now!

Rude and worst pet grooming. Do your dog a favor by taking to some other salon

Horrible horrific experience. Jenn Ward should not be trusted with anyone’s dog.

I have an English bulldog, and when I tried to book online it said I needed to call and schedule in person. Online, it said my bulldog had to be in a low stress setting and 8:00 a.m. scheduling was the best. I booked my appointment for 8:00 AM so Icalled back to confirm when I didn't receive a confirming email or text. The groomer told me she didn't know how to groom a bulldog and that she was about to call me to reschedule and that there were no 8:00 a.m. appointments available at all for weeks. The only appointments available were 4:00 p.m. I assume that is the time when another groomer took over. She was very rude and my impression was that she didn't know what she was doing.

Please pay attention to the negative reviews for the grooming salon. After using multiple PetSmart grooming salons throughout the years, this is by far, the WORST one. They have horrible customer service and their staff is inexperienced. They really need to DO BETTER!

I called to reschedule my pets appointment due to a car accident. I let them know I’d had been in a car accident and that i needed to reschedule her appointment which granted was as scheduled for a little more than 30 minutes from when I called but given everything going on it was the last thing in my mind. I figured it was a good thing to call and let them know I wouldn’t make it for a number of reasons all of which due to the accident. I apologized for the short notice and her response, was to ask me for more notice next time. I fully understand it’s inconvenient to cancel at the last minute but as someone who works with clients I understand life happens. I would never make a client feel bad for needed to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason but especially when they’ve experienced a car accident or had something else traumatic happen in their lives.

It was disappointing. It wasn't clean and it smelled a lot more than other stores.

The worst experience ever at the grooming salon! Jenn W was extremely rude and irritated by our arrival and seemed to be searching for excuses to refuse service to my dog. She has a poor customer service and even she stressed out my dog. Not recommended.

I am very upset with grooming dulles because if they are specialists in this matter for dogs, how can they tell me that they don't cut their hair because my dog has many knots? You mean just bathe and comb? I do that at home. I was going to pay 94 dollars and they do not provide a complete and professional service.

The store is easy to navigate and the staff is always pleasant, it's one of the few places where people still greet you a you enter. They are helpful and knowledgeable.

I don't even know where to begin. First of all, AVOID JENN "JENNIFER" like the plague. She is extremely rude, has horrible bedside manner, is very aggressive, and has no interpersonal communication skills. Upon the arrival of my dog and I, Jenn questioned my dogs breed as if I don't know what type of dog I have, which I've had her for the last 7 years and she is 7.5-years-old. My go-to groomer, Robert, apparently moved to a different location, so I was unfortunately stuck with Ms. Miserable, to care for my dog. Not only was she rude and disrespectful when talking to you, but she decided to over-charge me without contacting me first regarding "additional services" that she decided to complete on her own. Jenn charged me an extra $10 for "special handling" which I've never been charged for in the past. I have been going to PetSmart for their grooming services for over 5 years now and I have never been treated this way before. Jenn informed me that the special handling charge was due to my dog not cooperating with the blow dryer. That is completely BULL! My dog has been going to the groomers consistently, every month, and no one has ever complained about her behavior. Jenn also decided to charge me an additional $10 for "deep conditioning treatment," which I did not ask or agree to. I brought my dog in for a full cut and bath due to summer approaching, so why would I want a deep conditioning treatment on fur that is going to be cut off anyway? She is extremely unprofessional, lacks customer service skills, lacks compassion towards the animals, and lacks respect in general. It is not only about the money, but it is about how she reacted and approached the issue. Jenn would not even look at me in the face when talking to me, she had her back turned away from me the whole time. She also lied to me saying that her and Elizabeth were the only groomers that work at this PetSmart location, but after speaking with the store manager, he informed me they also had a groomer named Brian that I am able to book with. Why does Jenn feel the need to lie and get over on her customers? Beats me. But she seems like a miserable human being, so please avoid her when booking for your fur babies because they need love and affection when getting their bath and haircuts. It is already a scary place for our fur babies, so that is why I look for kind, compassionate people who love and enjoy their job. Not miserable, lying, disrespectful people like Jennifer to care for our pups. Wish I had something positive to say about the haircut, but even that was a botched job.

Refused to sell me a Betta housed in a cup unless I had a 3+ gal tank with heater and filter. I explained I had an established 2.5gal tank with filtration and heat. I have kept bettas like this for 20+ yrs now. No signage was posted stating this new policy. Often I see dead Bettas still in their cups for sale, sad... This policy make no sense. How are they going to enforce this new, silent policy?
