I absolutely love my stylist. she listens to what I want and does great haircut (what I am after). I do not come often but try to keep her happy with a $25 tip. Now about that. There is a new #service# kinda the salon is trying to provide - the girl (what she is there for I do not know) washes your hair before the haircut. Nothing special at all. However, at the reception desk I had a far too long conversation about the tip for that girl.... at the reception desk - Do you want to leave a tip for the girl who washed your hair? - No. - Maybe, you could split the tip for the stylist? - No. I felt uncomfortable, if I say "no" , at my 50s, I have made my decision and do not want to pay for the hair washing (was nothing special, mediocre). If I was really impressed - that could be in case of very good scalp massage, very pleasant, good fragrant products (natural and if I was explained what exactly these products are and how they are natural and good for my hair), in calm and nice environment (which Salon Khouri is not, it is crowded and noisy), then I might pay a bit more. But asking for the tip for the below mediocre service of washing my hair (which is always just part of the whole process), that is something new. 4 stars just for the stylist that I go to. If she moves somewhere I will move with her. The salon is noisy, you do not feel relaxed or welcome. The chairs and especially the bench in the waiting area are not comfortable.

They have some good stylists but are inconsistent with their pricing and many here have a snobby attitude. Sorry Salon Khouri, but you're not as good as you think you are.

I went to this salon in hopes to give myself a fresh new look and chop just a few inches of my hair off and getting layers after growing my hair out for so long but I was severely let down. The hair stylist was nice but seemed to be in a hurry and my outcome did not match the MULTIPLE PICTURES I showed her but she cut off way too much. My hair was originally at my waist and I asked for it to be cut to my elbows. It ended up being cut to my shoulders and now I look like Lord Farquad. The layers do not look bad however it is so much shorter than I wanted and it looks completely different then the pictures I showed. The receptionist was also giving me weird looks. I was on the verge of tears as I left and I do not think any gift card or monetary compensation can make up for this loss of hair which I took two years to grow out again. I am emotionally scarred and have been putting my hair up ever since so nobody notices how short it is but I don't know how long I can keep this hidden. Save your time and money and don't go here if you want your needs to be met.

Jonathan has been my stylist for over 25 years and he's the only one I trust with my haircuts. Because of his expertise, I believe that's why I've never had to color my hair.

Luz always does a fantastic job with color, highlights, and style! But for my son’s wedding she did an incredible updo for me that I absolutely loved! Great job to Salon Khouri ALWAYS and to Luz!

I recently visited Salon Khouri, excited and hopeful for a fresh new look, specifically a hairstyle I had meticulously planned for over a year. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I anticipated, leading me to give only 1 star.
While the stylist at Salon Khouri demonstrated clear talent, especially with the precision in cutting the sides of my hair exactly as I requested, the final result was a significant letdown. My specific instruction for a long back was disregarded, leaving me with a much shorter length than desired. This oversight is particularly disheartening because it took me a year to grow my hair to that length, and seeing it gone in an instant was upsetting.
I acknowledge the salon's attempt to rectify the situation with a complimentary service offer, which does show their commitment to customer satisfaction. However, the fact remains that my initial request was not met, and the emotional and time investment in growing my hair cannot be compensated with a simple redo or gift certificate.
This review is a reflection of my personal experience and the disappointment I felt. I had high hopes for Salon Khouri, but unfortunately, those were not fulfilled.

I hate to write this review because my hair dresser was a nice person but my hair is so bad. I wanted a A line hair cut and even showed her a picture and wanted a 1 color with no highlights but she was explaining to me that highlights were needed because I had dark roots ok that’s fine. My appointment was at 10 am and I was done at 3 pm. She cut my hair so short she just kept on hacking at my hair and my highlights are so white it looks like I have white hair lol I did pay her and tipped pretty well because I don’t like confrontations but will not be coming back. I will be fixing it myself at home because these stylists charge way too much for poorly color style hair.

Sydney is an amazing hairstylist! I’m sooo happy I found her. She is incredible with color. I had about 3 different colors in my hair and she perfected the color. I’m so happy and she made me feel so beautiful when I needed it the most! We cut about 4 inches off my hair. I knew I needed it to be cut but was very hesitant and she really was very careful and thoughtful through the whole process . It looks so much more healthy. I knew when I first met Sydney that she would do a fantastic job. She listened to my needs and wants. So glad I went with her! Found my new stylist

This salon is welcoming, clean and has terrific assistants (Jessica, Megan, Madalyn and Shivani). and an exceptional stylist in Michelle who makes it all (color/cut/styling) seem effortless, when it’s anything but. She's gifted!
Jonathan (owner) interacts with all the clients by name, which is impressive. The manager, Tean, always greets with a smile and keeps the business running like a fine-tuned machine, but you feel as though you're visiting friends rather than going for a service.

I went back in because I wasn’t happy with my layers and Rachel was amazing. She takes special care and wants her clients to be happy. She touched them up and made me love it. Can’t recommend her enough!

Heidi has been amazing with me for very trendy and unique hair style every time I want to get. She’s always open to listen and catches what I have in my mind. She performs in a professional standard with the magic hands!! Strongly recommended!!
