Save yourself some time and visit another store. The customer service is nonexistent, no hi, hello, or how can we help you. We stood in the store for more than 15 minutes and no one helped us. Left and went to Eastgate location.

This store closes at 8:00 and we came in at 7:00 and were greeted with "we have a 45 min wait and we close at 8:00, so won't be able to help you. We said "Okay, we'll look around". This was followed up with, we open at 10 tomorrow, so you can come back then...like we don't have jobs. We came back the next night at 5:30 and got the same "we have a 45 minute wait" greeting, even though there were 3 people working and only 2 customers in the store. We waited in what I can only describe as one of the most unprofessional environments I have been in and finally one of them "freed up" and asked how they could help. I am an existing T-Mobile customer and just wanted to upgrade. The guy started bombarding me with questions, obviously in a hurry, without any explanation or suggestions. Not rude, but very abrupt. I felt pressured to make decisions and finally just left. I came home, looked at other T-mobile stores in the area and found a great one on Ashburn Rd. Called...they weren't busy, and we went over and took care of everything without rushing and left as satisfied, happy customers.

Poor customer service gets worse every single time. Will no longer support this Tmobile. Went today around 7pm and had nothing but attitude and felt like I was an inconvenience coming into the store! edit: they said they do not have much inventory and would have to order! Told me no one near by had anything but I took two minutes to call another store and of course they had it in stock! Liars too!

I stopped by this morning to check on my phone sim card it was not working the guy it was there he was so rude and unhelpful he was so rushing me he sent me away so quick without any help i don't recommend this place to anyone this place needs professional people they can provide a good customer service.

I can't think of a single thing to bump this up a bit. I drove over today to look at the new iPhone colors in person and found that the phones are bolted to the counter....you can't see a single thing. I walked up to the counter to ask about upgrades and neither employee looked up from their devices but just said they'd have to order anything I wanted. I was the only customer and you'd think you could get some attention, but not here. The store was oddly empty (customers, inventory, dead quiet). I wouldn't bother to stop by this place ever again.

I stopped by to check upgrade eligibility for one of my lines. The woman at the counter was rude and curt. She wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to tell her, but just continued to talk about what she thought was important. Of course, I had done my homework and knew more than the salesperson.While the website clearly states that I can bring my trade-in device within 30 days of upgrading a line, the salesperson was adamant that I could not do that.Last but not the least, the person took pictures of my ID for "records" and upon enquiry about it, I was told that it's TMobile policy to take pictures or scan the ID. I don't get it... you don't do that when I am using the website. If it really is policy, TMobile needs to look into it and change for stores.Anyways, I came out of the store with little to NO help, annoyed, and thinking... why did I stop by?

I went there to ask about international travel plans but looks like I know more than people who work there. I don’t like to write reviews about employees but seriously no smile, no knowledge. They weren’t rude but they weren’t nice as well. I would never ever go to this branch again. Try other T-mobile stores for yourself.

I had a bad experience with the store. We were told about a promotion where we exchanged our existing working 3 iphones to iphone 14s with an understanding that the return on those phones would cover most of the price of the new phones. But the "fair market price" of our very good conditioned phones was less than 25% of new phones price. While the fine print does mention it, we were communicated otherwise.Please be very careful when going for promotions. It could be a trap

it is the worst customer service. I was attended by Kerly, she and her coworker were discussing who should close today while I was waiting. they were insulting each other in front of me. I asked her if she could help me and she just said to go to another store. super rude.
