“I've been in the auto business for 20+ years. I've encountered a lot of towing companies. Charlie was very professional, helpful and friendly with the customer he had. The customer had nothing but great things to say about Charlie and he had been broken down, waiting for over 3 hours. Charlie definitely exceeded the customer's expectations.”
