No one greets you or asks if you need any help. You could be right in front of them and look lost but no one will utter a word to you. The two stars are for the cashier who helped with a quick checkout.

Testers are locked. Takes forever to even try anything. Attendants ignore you when you ask them to help open a slot.

I will never be coming back to this Ulta location because of Sylvia, the general manager. She called me and was unbelievably rude and had an attitude and was constantly interrupting me when I tried to talk, and treating me with zero professionalism. None of the other employees are like this, but Sylvia’s attitude is unacceptable. I’ve even heard from friends that come to this location that she’s rude to , so it’s clearly a pattern.
I will be posting about this interaction on TikTok because customers deserve to know how they might be treated here, and I’ll be telling my friends not to shop at this location. Ulta needs to seriously reconsider who they have in management, because this behavior is not okay.

Rue(Roo?) was the absolute sweetest!! Her service was excellent and she was such a big help with my complicated transaction. Such a positive interaction!!
