Staff was extremely nice and helpful, I spent the better part of a day there and everyone was helpful and nice to me and I observed them being great with the others that came in. Quiet room was good a little crowded and bright but a much needed amenity. Food good and free plenty of beverages and snacks. Also had free WiFi.

Always a pleasure to be staying at uso dulles. Staff is helpful and very nice, i really recommend. A service thats above and beyond my expectations.
