I came here for finger printing and after visiting several different locations, it was successful doing it here! The woman and man who helped me were patient, nice and helpful. The digital finger printing machines are not all the same!

I really appreciate the help I received from Ms. Mayada at the post office. She was friendly, honest, personable, and handled my shipping needs promptly. She was efficient, yet still took her time with me and with others, as I observed treating everyone like a person, not just another customer. She made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Thank you, Ms. Mayada you truly went above and beyond!

The Dulles USPS is absolutely terrible—rude, incompetent staff who refuse to help. One lady walked away from my mother when she needed assistance, and they lost my package with sensitive information. They didn’t even try to look for the package, just blamed me and shrugged it off. They also refuse to answer any phone calls, ignoring customers completely. Employees lack communication or resolution skills, and managers show zero accountability. This facility needs serious investigation—taxpayers deserve better than this unacceptable service

The Korean lady called Heather is so unprofessional. Mad at herself for no-reason. Sitting there and yelling at me when i asked for a box. before even scan my QR code if thats priority or not. So shitty service.

Unlike many other disgruntled customers, I had a VERY GOOD experience. The clerk, Heather, was professional and personable, and got my package off smoothly.

The worst customer service ever. Asian lady needs to be fired. She was very rude and disrespectful. Came for a passport appointment and people were there during my appointment time. Not efficient at all. Do better USPS, this location the worst.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach this post office by phone. They advertise three phone numbers. Two of them have full mailboxes, and the third will only ring and ring and ring. I literally tried calling non-stop for two hours one day, just to see if I could get through. No one EVER answered. This is our local post office for Ashburn, VA, and they are horrible.

they lost a $400 pair of skis. anytime i put a service request in they just mark it as resolved. they ignore the telephones, i have tried calling everyday so far. This place needs police to come and hold some accountability to the useless workers whether at this facility or somewhere in their transit.
