I've never been to a Verizon store before even though we have had service through them for more then 40 years.
We just up dated network after maybe 20 years. After rhe upgrade we now have printer connection issues so we were given a solution. Verizon added this 5G FIOS extender to our monthly bill. Going to pickup from our local Verizon store they sent us to a store wherr we were told it was in stock & ready for pickup.
My problem was when we did arrive at the store, the sales person said they didn't have the item. It was first come first serve. I his body launage of tapping his orange glasses while dismissing our need to obtain the item, to connect our system.
His dismissive tone & approach of ( why are you here, we don't have what you need go home & get service from the internet service you spoke to. We can't help you. We are very disappointed.

Worse customer experience ever.
After being directed to this store by another verizon store, and the Verizon Customer service. I was told that the store does not accept Fios equipment drop-offs. When I tried to explain that I had been referred there by Verizon Customer service. One of the employees told me he did not care.
Not sure how to do business with Verizon. It seems to be a scam. They charge hundreds of dollars if you do not return equipment but then refuse to accept it.

Went to drop off my internet router. Employee was extremely rude and short. Also snatched equipment from my hand asked a simple question of is my service canceled and he said I don't know and continued to work saying we just take equipment you need to call. Do better! Customers should not be treated disrespectfully

I recently visited the Verizon store to transfer four lines from T-Mobile, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Steve Perez. Steve did an exceptional job throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very attentive to our needs. The transfer went smoothly, and Steve ensured we understood every step. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Steve if you visit this Verizon store. Thank you, Steve, for the outstanding service!
