Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My family ourselves have owned multiple 7-11's in the Long Island, NY area for years. Being from the DMV, I will say the service was outrageous. I came into the store in the pouring rain to purchase ice for an event. The cashier (an older man) and other cashier (an older woman) were extremely rude me and would not open the outside ice machine. I had intentionally backed my car up to pack the ice in my trunk by the machine because it was pouring down rain. They told me they could not help me and I would have to carry all the ice from the back by MYSELF, if I wanted it. They obviously did not want to go into the rain themselves to take one moment to unlock the ice machine. Then the cashier rang up the wrong amount of ice bags I requested. He also told me to "only take what I bought," as if I was going to steal extra bags of ice.Needless to say I got my ice, however I will NEVER go to this 7-11 again. I am disgusted with the level of customer service and I think the 7-11 corporation should have a conversation with these employees and/or the owner.

Bad attention and lack of experience I asked the man for some games cigarettes and I understand so I gave him my passport and without checking it he didn't even bother to check it and he told me no when he turned around and ignored me then I left from the angry establishment it was a very bad experience for me

Mrs. Parveen was a great Cashier. He was very knowledgeable about her field. She treated me and ny children with grace everytime. Mrs. Parveen has what it takes to be management with remarkable customer service that she presented to me and my family.

I’m a 35 year old guy with a valid military ID was turned away from buying a vape tobacco saying “it won’t scan”. The whole Idea behind the scan isn’t to discredit other forms of official doc rather to make the job easier during the verification process. State ID can’t override federal documents. 711 needs to a better job. Thanks

This place is horrible. Looks horrible feels gross. Old man couldn't even charge me properly And instead of fixing it he gets a attitude with me. Food is old and gross. Bad reviews all around and they don't fix anything. New workers needed and a complete remodel.

Its feels like they sell fake products sometime i try to get some beverages and its all always feel like they are selling some fake stuff.plus their owner and employees are rude they don’t respond well and they dont even greet you and even the onwer if you ask him hi h r u? Thank you etc he doesn’t respond same with their employees one day i ask a sales associate name mulu to cook me some fresh wings and she said the wings are already in the food case you can get i am not goona cook freh for you.and this thing happend twice with me and i did the complain at 7 eleven helpdesk and they didn’t respond to me.

They are very rude and disrespectful in that store.They have poor customer service , the food looks as if it's been therr from the day before ... They accuse people of doing things in therer that they haven't done like stealing ... Watever happened to the slogan of " The Customer is Always right ....

Lmao I tried to buy a two-pack of the store brand cookies for $1 as it says on the package. The older gentleman behind the register rang me up for two $0.69 cookies. So I told him it was a dollar. He tells me that's with a discount or something even after I showed him it says $1 ON THE PACKAGE which makes no sense. He wanted me to put my rewards number in or whatever to see if I get them for $1. My issue with their rewards system is a story for another time so let's just say I don't have one. But it doesn't say anywhere that it's only for rewards members He asked if he could cancel and I said sure, thinking he was going to try again. Nope. He just didn't sell me the cookies Literally only leaving this review because dude lied to my face about what? $0.40?

Super**RUDE** the hot food was dried out and looked like leather. The Clerk initially flat out refused to make fresh food, we were in shock. After my husband asked for the store no# the clerk made fresh food.

I would give this location negative a thousand stars if possible. My boyfriend and I had left the store after my boyfriend turned his slot machine winnings from 7-Eleven into money orders. About I'd say three or four minutes after leaving 7-Eleven, I called the man answering the phone first of all answered hello. Not thank you for calling 711, then when I told him our issue he said we can't do anything about lost money orders. I reiterated to him that I just wanted him to check the floor in his establishment to see if he saw them laying on the floor. Please reply to me was no I will not do that I just cleaned my floors. Absolute horrible customer service, and trust me the floors are not clean.

If you have been here, you also probably felt the way I do. I bought some chips thinking they would be great; far from the truth! I opened the bag and they were stale! Please check! If not, you'll chomp on some 6-12 months expired eats. Not cool. Thought I'd share this bad experience but funny on me! Never again!Oh by the way, they allowed me to get my cash back and left all the bad ones on the shelf.
