I’ve been going to Ambiance Nails Spa for a few months now and can confidently say you won’t find a better nail place. I walked in with the most damaged nails and Lily sat me down and spent hours helping me fix them to look good again - even going as far as staying open late to do a good job. Through the months I’ve been coming, Lily has been helping me strengthen my natural nails so I don’t need tips or acrylic to have the long nail look I like. I’m also a very indecisive person and always ask Lily her opinion on the shape and color of my nails and am always happy with how it turns out.
Not only are my nails healthier than they’ve ever been, they look the best too. The prices are incredibly fair, especially for the amazing job they do. I have recommended this spa to all of my friends and they have all been amazed at the results.

Let me preface this by saying I’m a Licensed Nail Tech so my review may be skewed just a bit. I visited this salon as a walk in and they accommodated me with no issue. Nice enough staff. Offered water while getting serviced. I got the most expensive pedicure package with gel polish. $90 plus tip. It wasn’t worth it in my opinion. Minimal massage. Minimal cuticle work. You can’t allow the remover to do everything for you. The hot stones were eh. They use a cheese grater. If you know, you know. They actually make your feet worse. The pumice stones, files and buffers are all reused. I didn’t see Barbicide but did see Lysol at the pedicure bowls. I took a closer look at my toes on day 2 and the actual paint job is horrible. None of my toes are fully painted. It’s like they went in and painted the shape they wanted my nails to be. Ridiculous amount of cuticle build up. Uneven filing. Top coat on my skin. Based on pictures, It looks like they do decent acrylic nails but I can’t comment on that because I didn’t receive that service.

The Ambiance nail team has been the BEST I have ever experienced. They go above and beyond each time I visit and are thoughtful and fun. Each time I go to get a pedicure and/or manicure it is a very pleasant experience.

Amazing experience! I have been looking for a great nail salon in the Dumfries area that provided good pedicures and Ambiance met my expectations! I have tried several other salons in the area and they exceeded them all. Clean salon, excellent customer service and quality of work. Kelly was so patient with my seven year old daughters mani/pedi and the nail art on her nails is super neat and detailed. Highly recommended!

I called to see if they had any appointments available, they instantly gave me a call back letting me they had last minute space for me for the time I originally needed.
I was so so grateful I rushed over.
I wish I would’ve taken a photo of the before because my nails were terrible lol. Tracey was so nice and homegirl has jokes. She’s absolutely hilarious. Loved talking to her. She treats you like a bestie from the start.
Her work was amazing and very detailed. She also took care of my natural nails because I didn’t want tips. I will be back!

I visited this nail salon based on reviews because I was so fed up with going to Nail corner in Woodbridge .
I had a fantastic experience. The customer service was exceptional, and the owner ( Lily ) was incredibly friendly.
I chose dip nails in a deep burgundy color, perfect for fall, and they turned out beautifully! I had an ingrown toe nail and lily took care of me . She was super fast & the attention to detail and overall quality of the service were impressive.
I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be returning again .
The previous nail salon I went to was overpriced and Anytime I complained they gave me an excuse . Who needs that ?
Please refer your friends to Lily . You will be happy 😃

I live in NY but I was driving down to Florida and decided I needed to get my nails done so I stopped at the nearest nail salon which happened to be Ambiance. BEST DECISION EVER. The service is great and excellent quality of work. I’ve never had a better experience than this. Thank you, Lily and Tracy!

Stylist: The atmosphere at this salon was so amazing, such kind workers and offer me free water. Nick who did my pedicure was so kind and welcoming. Lily was also so kind. She always accommodated to my requests and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I was extremely satisfied with what I got and the price was reasonable !

I came here to get my toes done for prom, and they turned out so great!! I believe I worked with Nick and they turned out exactly how I wanted. He was super gentle and nice, overall super good vibes, highly recommend

I researched nail salons in the area and was so happy to land here. Lily and her brother took very good care of my sister and I. I’m so sorry, I can’t remember her brother‘s name but Lily serviced my pedicure and did beyond what I could have asked for. She knew my shape perfectly, and she gave a great massage. I cant decide which part was the best actually lol and she was just very very chill and a great communicator. I felt comfortable and she made sure that we were clearly informed of the unexpected wait and although we were patient and understanding she still went above and beyond to provide a discount to my service due to the wait. I had her remove the gel from a my previous pedicure since I would be doing my pedicures myself for awhile once I returned home so she even made a great recommendation in regard to a polish brand (CND Vinylux) which is the same brand she put on my feet that day and it’s been two weeks and my pedicure is still doing great, looks great! So safe to say, I’ll be purchasing this brand for my future pedicures that I’ll do myself. I had just relocated to California and haven’t found a shop local to me yet so for this reason, she gave me a nail kit to take with me to get me started. She really made me wish I could bring her back to Cali with me! So thank you again to Lily and her brother for the great service, the ambience and outstanding service! This salon is a gem to whoever finds it.
