Good evening the truth has very bad customer service, today we went to buy some screw and since we did not know the boy did not want to help, a few weeks ago I passed the same I went through other things and nothing truth I do not recommend this store very bad attention

This is the worst auto zone I've been to, it's my second time. One time I went to look for something to fix a scratch on my car and I asked an employee, he told me that he didn't know but he didn't look for someone to help me, he just needed him to tell me where the car paint was, today I went again to look for a screw and another employee told me to look for it yourself but I didn't even know where it was. This business really needs a good manager. They have such bad customer service. Both times I left without buying anything.

Jalen D is an immaculate employee who deserves the highest praise, his work ethic & overall personality was such a joy. I had bought a contintental belt & was struggling to put it on, Jalen had asked if I needed help & once he had gotten off his shift he proceeded to help me put my belt on even when he didn’t need to. Thanks again Jalen & I hope more of your hard work can go noticed and appreciated.

Jayland, was working on my BMW seven series He did all the effort, impatient and dedicated the service. It’s not common to find a person like this in this industry AutoZone in here is highly recommended just because of this guy BMW fan

Friendly professional staff at this AutoZone. They have the basics for oil changes, car cleaning supplies, basic repairs stuff etc.They are good with looking up the 0arts you need.
