This storage facility is extremely clean and organized. The staff in the office were very helpful and friendly David went above and beyond to make the process easy. I had a great experience and highly recommend this place.

CubeSmart Self Storage provides the best customer service for customers who are looking for storage units and not knowing the best size. The professionalism shown is unique because their support was not to sell the most expensive unit, but the ensure that the customer only purchased the unit size the was needed. Brittney, the assistant manager, was very helpful in determining the right size unit needed. Thanks to the manager and assistant manager in making the right choice. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and friendly customer service and care!!

I’ve gone to other storage units in the area, outside of this area, none were as good as this one, thanks to Don i believe thats his name, super cool chill guy, and very professional, walked me through seeing the sizes of the units before i made my purchase, its the same price online or in person, but if you have no time for in person its okay but i believe its an easier process, this place has my 5 stars, if i can give it 6 or more i would, and i will definitely tell people about this place if anuone asks about a storage unit, Thank you Don for the great experience! Very cheap prices compared to others.

At first glance this looks like your ordinary facility for storage. Typical red and white building, windows, crates, parking, etc. but there is one person that makes this facility stand out, Brittney. The past few visits here have been amazing due to her charisma, she’s been so helpful and kind while I came to help people move their stuff. So if you come on down make sure to say hi to her. Her cheery smile will cheer you up.

I want to recognize Britney and Don at the CubeSmart in Dumfries, VA for their outstanding customer service. They both went out of their way to assist me and proactively kept me informed about the status of my account. They were extremely professional and firm when needed, yet still maintained a respectful, positive attitude and genuine kindness throughout the entire interaction. Because of the level of service they displayed, I would absolutely continue doing business at this location and confidently recommend it to others.

What happened to promoted first free month deal and up to 50% off? Insurance had to paid and one time admin fee of $29.. Second month bill is the same as a first one

don helped us and he was beyond amazing! i had to move unexpectedly and made it in the store 5 minutes before close and he still helped us and answered all questions without impatience or attitude. he got us completely taken care of within 10min. he helped us quickly close out the storage unit when we were done bc we were in a hurry. very nice and would def recommend
