THE GHETTOOOOOO! Smells like mothballs in the waiting area. They do not care and they look unkept like they don't care. Prescriptions are sent and they act like they don't get them. You stand in line and 10 of them walk around and talk about random things for 5 mins before acknowledging you and offering to help. It's very ghetto in there.

I concur with all the low rated reviews about this place. Obviously they do not care because their inefficient, rude service has not changed in years. I get a PHONE CALL in the morning that the prescription is ready to be picked up. THEY CALLED ME. I arrive at the CVS that evening at about 6:45 just before closing to pick it up and was told they are "still working on it" and it was going to take another 30 minutes. No point in getting upset. I just went home.

Pharmacy does not know what they are doing for vaccinations. Go to your primary Dr instead. You schedule an appointment with one group and they push you over to the minute clinic who doesn't even have a reservation for you. Wasted an extra 30 minutes because of the left hand not knowing what the right is doing. This is some third world mess.

The worst Pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life! Do not use this pharmacy!! They will have no idea where your prescription are if they even filled them!

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. If I could give it a -10 I would. They don't answer the phone most of the time or if they do they keep you on hold and/or hang up on you or can't help you. I have paid for prescriptions twice b/c they can't get their systems straight and I could go on and on and on. I get the same prescription monthly and every single month there is an issue - EVERY MONTH - there has not been even one where there is NOT an issue. They slammed the drive thru in my face when i got there at 735 PM and they took 25 min for the car in front of me then refused to help me when I am going on travel. I cannot even believe how rude the people are here - something needs to be done ASAP!!! Delivery has gotten cancelled for no reason when I am home alone with a 102 fever - for no reason and no explanation. I am appalled.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! If I could give less than a 1 star review for this CVS Pharmacy I would. I have used CVS for all of my pharmacy needs for over a decade and the entire pharmacy staff at this location takes the highest rating for poor customer service, terrible system and information management (they will lose your prescriptions, your personnel information, insurance details, etc.), and fill prescriptions at an unbelievably slow timeline as if people's lives don't depend on the medication they should be filling. The Pharmacy Staff's incompetence alone should have this location closed / shut down. I have tried to give grace and understanding to this location and their Pharmacy staff for over a year now, but enough is enough. Further complaints to CVS higher management will be made for the hopeful sake of future customers if they dare choose to use this site. Truly ridiculous and unsatisfactory.

One lady at the pharmacy is very rude. I would write her name here, but this store neglects CVS policy as its staff does not wear name tags. Every time I visit this store, I leave disappointed and say to myself that I would never visit it again, all because I meet the same lady at the pharmacy. She is very rude.

Except for the head pharmacist, the people working the pharmacy are respectful and address customer concerns when they come up. More often than not, I end up having to wait very long for my prescriptions. I understand that they're probably understaffed and very busy, so that is usually not a problem for me because I know it is not their fault. However, I will admit that it is an inconvenience on my end and that it is probably a management problem that needs to resolved at a higher level. (Again, that is something that neither I nor the workers can control.)However, my loyalty to CVS Pharmacy came to an end when I talked to the head pharmacist. On multiple occasions, he had a rude and snappy attitude with me. All I am trying to do is get my medication for the sake of my health! Why was it so hard for him to treat customers with patience, respect, and common decency like the rest of the staff does?Again, I really want to emphasize that the pharmacist here is extremely condescending and RUDE. It totally ruined my experience. I called the pharmacy with legitimate concerns, and I was belittled and disrespected. So, even though this pharmacy is the closest one to my home, I still decided to switch pharmacies solely due to the rudeness of the pharmacist.Since switching from CVS Pharmacy, I have had a much better customer service experience. In short, STAY AWAY FROM CVS PHARMACY! The pharmacist is rude, and he does not care about the people who call.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy you can pick up your medication they don’t have a good grading with customer has been awake. My medication was approved by the insurance they don’t still feel it down and they were telling me it’s not approved when they check the system as it was already approved because my doctor called me and she says it was approved by your insurance now it’s make me to wait another 45 minutes for.

What is the point of a pharmacy when the prescription is filled incorrectly every single month? This place is so ridiculous and inconsistent. Literally one minute they say that they don’t carry a certain brand, fill a prescription with whatever brand they want (even though the prescription says “brand specific” by the doctor), and the next they magically have the specified brand in stock after the mistake is pointed out to them. But not without an extra hour wait at the customer’s inconvenience even though it was the store’s error. Absolutely ridiculous.

Easily the worst Cvs I've ever been to. Not that cvs in general is good. Their new policy to close down in the middle of the day for lunch is absurd. Hire some more people if you feel the need to give employees a break in the middle of the day. Isn't that how other businesses operate?

Honestly just ran in for a potty break as we were passing through with backed up traffic.Super clean store overall, well-lit, friendly greeting staff.Bathroom was super well kept, smelled nice, very clean!
