I stopped at CVS to get a few items. I didn’t walk 5 steps before I was greeted with smiles by the associates (there were three stocking shelves). They were extremely friendly and seem to truly like their jobs. It was a great visit!

Roxanne was VERY patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating in helping me get signed up as an extra care customer , she and the manager even provided me a cart for my quantity of purchases. Customer care and service at it's best!! A++ ! Thank you both! I look forward to coming back as a loyal customer.

This is the worst CVS in this area. I used to work here and we had fast and amazing service, we never let the phone ring more than 3 times and never let anyone sit long in the drive thru. These new people are sooo slow and careless. They don’t understand where they work. Please fire them all except Lata, she’s great. Hire more competent staff PLEASE! I have never wanted to kick anyone in the throat more than the staff at this pharmacy.

Worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They are slow, under staffed, rude, never answer the phone or return voicemails. There is a female older white grey haired woman pharmacist who is a complete sociopath and There is a specific Male who works at that pharmacy and he is the rudest, condescending, lack of empathy person I’ve ever met. Always gives excuses and no solutions. He is always whistling loudly and off tune, makes no eye contact, and if he asks a question, you go to answer him and he goes “enough, one moment” and I go to say I’m not done explaining he is goes “one moment I said” when I didn’t even finish giving my answer, LIKE WHAT?! You asked me a question then cut me off before I could explain what I needed? He needs to be fired.

Checkout can be pretty slow and I have had to give them my insurance info multiple times to ensure my meds get filled. Other than that the pharmacy does fill pretty quickly. After that it's just like any other CVS.

Had a minute clinic appointment at this location. The nurse told me i should take home remedies and it didnt work. I went to another doctor and prescribe medication. This nurse doesnt know how to treat patients only tells very minimal details on whats wrong with the patient. I wasted almost 300 dollars just for her to tell me i have to take home remedies. Never again!!! Go to a real doctor not a nurse

There isn’t a more incompetent pharmacy on the face of the earth. I never, in my life, had trouble getting my prescriptions filled until I had to utilize this horrendous place. Don’t just take it from me, though - read all of the other reviews…. and then switch or you’ll waste so much of your life.

Most terrible pharmacy I've ever been too. Always on hold or in line. They need new management there because it's always unpleasant to visit. Store and pharmacy are both terrible due to staffing being unable to handle customers. This is not the workers fault but the management

This is the most complicated CVS pharmacy I’ve had. One time I picked up medication that was a 3 months supply and one bottle had been opened and my medicine was missing!! I called them to tell them but thankfully they worked with me. However, recently I picked up a 3 month supply and they charged me over $200 even though I have insurance. Not sure if my insurance fell off their system but now I’m on hold to talk to the pharmacy to see what the heck is going on. After this, I’m moving to a new pharmacy.Update - For whatever reason, my insurance fell off even though I’ve been going toCVS for years and I have to go to show my insurance card. The pharmacy did work with me but it is very inconvenient.

I work at cvs so I know how much we hate our lives but this location always has an attitude and does not pick up their phones. Like bro come on. There’s like only one chick there who is nice tho.
