Very unprofessional. I went to get my flu shot. The person who gave me the shot didn’t even use the alcohol pad to sterilize the injection region on the skin. I didn’t look at the needle when she was injecting and I was shocked when the injection was done. I asked her why didn’t you use the pad. She said, well… it happens…What an unprofessional and horrible attitude?!I am now worried if the shot I got is an actual flu vaccine….

Second time they don’t have the medication for my daughter the day I needed it and I don’t get any call or message from them telling me the status. Very disappointed. If you need a prescription soon/ Same day don’t use this pharmacy.

went to pick up my prescription for my antibiotic. i had to drag myself out of the house because i feel so horrible, only to find out that they're closed due to shortage of staff. consequently, i had to jump through hoops while incredibly sick to have my newly issued prescription transferred to another location. i won't be coming back here again.

Won’t be using this pharmacy anymore after many years. Current staff have no idea what it means to serve their customers. Courtesy is a concept that is alien to them. They don’t care they’re losing customers due to their lack of ethics.

This has got to be by far the best pharmacy i’ve ever been to. The employees are amazing and are always ready to help. I’ve never had a bad experience with them and I will always continue coming here.

We’ve been picking up prescriptions there for a while, and for the most part it’s been fine and normal. This weekend though We were helped by one pharmacist in particular, Alex, she really went above and beyond and got my wife and I out of a jamb. Our dog has epilepsy and was getting near the end of his medicine supply. We normally have refills automatically shipped and filled by pet meds but the shipment was somehow damaged and we get notified late Saturday it won’t be coming. It’s labor day weekend, everything is closed, and we are going to run out of his medicine early Monday. Alex was very kind and helpful and was able to get us a short supply of the our dogs medicine to hold us over until Tuesday when the delivery could be made. She saved us hundreds of dollars since our only other option was going to an emergency vet clinic. Thank you again Alex!

They literally never have prescriptions ready on time, even when scheduled days in advance. If you have all day to wait around, this is the pharmacy for you.

Extremely rude staff. Im starting to think all these 5 start reviews are friends of the staff or even employees.This was my first time I experienced a civilian pharmacy. I've never had to take meds that needed to be prescribed. They acted like I should have known how to properly pick up meds. I didn't want to start a commotion so I kept my mouth shut. Never will I be going back to a CVS pharmacy again. I used to work in customer service for 5 years and never seen or experienced anything like that.

Terrible customer service from Alexandra (Alex) Marini. You literally need to wait 30+ minutes to get in contact with ANYONE in the pharmacy.

Don’t bother calling, they won’t answer the phone. Working during peak hours with only one pharmacist and one tech. I came in for a vaccine appointment and instead of saying they were too busy to keep the appointment the tech tried to insinuate I didn’t have one. After 30 minutes minutes of waiting to speak to the pharmacist (waiting at the tech’s request) I left. Never again.

It seems impossible for this pharmacy to answer the phone. I waited on hold for 30 minutes. Another day I waited for 12 minutes. Neither time did they answer

Terrible customer service. They won’t let you pay for over the counter items like cold/flu medicine. Their hours are shorter than other pharmacies. I was in the ER and had a doctor send in a prescription of pain meds before their 7:00 closing. Then, the doctor changed the location to a place open past 7.The pharmacy started the prescription, but didn’t follow through with the cancellation before closing. Because of that, the other CVS wouldn’t fill the prescription.The other CVS had even worse customer service. They refused to contact my doctor and I had to call. No pharmacist, and only a technician would take the phone to tell my doctor to pound sand. Total attitude when doing so. I was telling my doctor they weren’t concerned with serving their customers right next to a manager and he simply walked away when he heard me talking.

So they have a different pharmacists and extra help The pharmacy used to be quick but now they don't answer phones or allow you to check out anything even if you're You're picking your medication up which is just crazy
