Donuts were delicious as usual, but the customer service from I believe Tamika (sp?) was way above my expectations! She went beyond what a normal person would do, we genuinely appreciated her kindness! Store was clean, bathroom could have used a little bit of love.

Stopped here yesterday while traveling (so the kid could use the restroom while I got more coffee). My son just kind of excitedly blurted out what kind of donut he would like. The gentleman working was so kind and patient with my son (who is on the spectrum). The gentleman fist-bumped him and spoke directly to him about which donut he preferred. It was very touching to watch the interaction. Just wanted to say thank you to him one more time! You really made our day! As an aside, the food and drinks were also delicious and correct.

This location is the inconsistent with their food. I think this will be my last time patronizing because my 2 different orders were so horrible. Previously a few wks ago, I ordered a croissant with egg and bacon and it was so dry. I literally just got home from ordering a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and the bagel is as hard as a rock like it’s stale. Abysmal customer service and food quality. That even me going for take out, I bet drive thru is even worst. Do Better! I definitely will not be coming back again.

This is the worst Dunkin’ donuts I’ve ever been to the customer service sucks, you got employees in there that don’t want to do their job and they are rude. They get mad every time you ask them something and on top of that they don’t know what they’re doing never coming to this location again. Wish I could rate it 0 stars.

Terrible customer service . My coffee was not made correctly, I ended up calling the wrong Dunkin to let them know and was told I could get it fixed. Went to the store who actually made it wrong to get it fixed the next day since I didn’t have time to go back the day before because I was running late for work. Long story short , the team leaders Kayla , James and Alicia said I needed to “prove” that my coffee was made wrong and if I couldn’t prove it then they wouldn’t remake it for me. She also stated that she knows that my coffee was made right. Like how do you know MY coffee from one day ago with over 100 other orders from other customers was made correctly?? Nothing about my order would stand out. I don’t like the fact that they sat there and pretty much tried to make me feel like I lied about a $7 coffee! I work in customer relations and NO TEAM LEADER should make a customer feel that way, instead of going back and forth FIX THE COFFEE FOR THE CUSTOMER And tell the customer “ our apologies if the coffee was made incorrectly, here’s a new coffee for the inconvenience” no manger was on duty to speak to. Only “team leaders” who definitely ARE NOT team leaders. I will not go back to this Dunkin ran by a bunch of children and unprofessional people.

Based on my experience… customer service is lacking. As the only customer inside the store, I stood at the register for 3min before even being acknowledged. Then waited a few more minutes before my order was taken. I possibly would have had a longer wait, had another customer not walked in 5min after my arrival. Take pride in customer service please.

If you are ordering through drive through, wait and check the order before leaving. Don’t worry about the line behind you. They do mess up the order when busy.

I call total BS on all 5 star reviews. What Opposite Day did you visit this place to give it 5 stars? This place is so bad it's actually hilarious. If you want a stale crunchy donut with no cream filling, this is the place for you. They seem to make donuts once a week and sell those until they're gone. I actually appreciate the fact that this location has turned me off of iced coffee now for good. I no longer want to roll the dice on whether or not I'll get what I ordered. It's so hit or miss! They simply don't know how to execute their coffee menu here! Boo! Just boo!

This is a nice dunkin' donuts. It is usually fairly quick, but it's a drive-thru gets backed up. It can take a long time.Never had a problem with them. They always get my order right.

So first off, this location is horrible... that's my only gripe. Drive through is a jack knife right hand turn. I'll blame the ongoing construction behind the buildingNow, on to the goods!The woman at the drive through was quick with our order. She sid give us a heads up that there would be a wait prior to swiping our card.It took 11min exactly to get our order BUT they gave us FREE DOUGNUTS for the wait!!!This was awesome ?Food was fresh and to any other DD standard.DD is good with custom orders which is a plus.I can see why a lot of people give low stars but it seems they straightened some stuff out.We went at 1:30pm on a Tuesday. They were not crowded.Parking: Parking is really tight

I've left plenty of reviews, but rarely one this low. Similar to what others have said I did not appreciate the service I received. I went to the drive through and felt a bit rushed on my order, mind you it was the afternoon time but not near closing hour. We approached and our order was almost confused with someone else's so the employee had to verify, no problem with me but there was no one behind us so it was a bit confusing. Secondly, we paid with a card and the employee swiftly handed us a bag without saying anything then handed the card back and simply walked away. Per social norms, it was not entirely clear to us that we were good to go. We waited a second and realized the employee just left ?, so we drove off. My order was a 10 count glazed munchkins and they were cold as well as hardly glazed lol. I won't be coming back, if you're feeling a craving do yourself a favor and head down the street to Jimmy Ts for some good ice cream.

My mantra is if you hate your job or working with the general public… QUIT!! I could’ve had 4 bad reviews before this one, but I chose to give the benefit of the doubt. Usually the afternoon and closing crew are the individuals that tend to be the least customer friendly. The team or the individual who drive a white Chevy Caprice, didn’t bother to take my order last night when they had six minutes before closing. All I wanted was a coffee because I was heading into the office for late work catch up.. but the reason why I say this is because on last week the same thing happened when it was 12 minutes before closing and they acted as if they didn’t want to take my order, again.. I blew my horn in order to get someone to come and still I ended up waiting three minutes before someone actually decided to come and take my order. Should I get there a little bit beforehand, absolutely! The fact of the matter is you should acknowledge the customer and not yourself unless you are in a situation to defend yourself! I really avoid coming to this location due to its unfriendly staff! I hate to say it but this generation of young workers are lazy and incompetent; who thinks we owe them something. All-in-all I will not be returning, instead take my money 8 minutes up the road where I am acknowledged.
