I'm very impressed with Edge Express Carwash. The membership perks seem quite comprehensive. It's wonderful to have access to cleaning supplies on-site. Maintaining a clean car is so much easier with those conveniences. Such services truly enhance the car washing experience. They thought of the customer's experience.

When they first opened, it wasn't too bad but now I've seen products and services go down significantly. Don't always open on time and their towels and machine pads have gotten worn without being replaced. They should also post a sign coming from the Aldi direction saying no left turn into the line because it creates a big mess . Also, their automated point of sales system has lots of glitches even when you're a subscription owner and the individual pay process takes way too long. not the best in the area but unfortunately for me one of the closer ones.

People here are nice but machines they use couldn't even clean the bird poop off my car right. I had to go in twice and still it was on so I had to clean the remaining my self smh

I’ve had the unlimited washes for about a year since opening. Today I needed to renew membership, person by the pay station was very helpful and great customer service!!!

FYI: POLICY CHANGED FOR ROOF RACKS.
I used to love this place. I’d drive 20 mins out of the way, passing other car washes, to go to Edge. I’ve been going there regularly for 2+ years. Today I get in the drive through and they tell me I can’t go through with the rack on my Traverse. I have had the tray permanently installed for over 5 years, never been denied a car wash anywhere, and I’ve never experienced any damages or issues.
If you have any type of roof rack or cross bars, be aware that their policy has changed and you’ll need to find a new car wash.

I have been here twice before when the carwash had been open for just a few weeks. On this trip, which is our 3rd trip...the brushes are now old because they left swirl scratches on my car.

I'm here every couple of days. I love the unlimited plan that allows up to 2 visits a day. Makes it possible to go through even on cloudy days because you can always go back if needed.

I've been a member now for a little while and by their top of the line monthly plan. Just experienced a situation where I really needed the restroom and they told me nope you can go to the grocery store behind us or over to Chick-fil-A. I really don't find that acceptable for a customer especially when all the other car washes around here have restrooms that their customers can use. Looks like it's time for me to cancel this subscription and find a new place.

One of the best carwashes in southern Prince William County, with your selected wash comes free vacuum. It's the newest carwash right across the super Walmart onHistoric Route One... It's my carwash of choice. They have single washes, $14 or you can buy into the monthly plan. It's a recommended carwash.
