I’ve never had such a bad experience anywhere really. My husband went in to get two water bottles because our kids were asking for some since we didn’t have anymore water. He came back. I noticed the seal was broken. I’m extra cautious with these things bc we have kids. So naturally I’m alarmed at no seal. So he went back in to tell them. The guy lets him switch them out. Then the guy later comes out mad. Demanding us to switch them back. He was VERY RUDE AND belittling. Tried to tell us we brought these from another store and came there to exchange. Yeah because it makes sense to exchange full water bottles lmao and then lied TO MY FACE saying. They don’t sell these there. Which he does. Because we saw them clearly and it’s what he was demanding back since we exchanged for the SAME BRAND 😂😂😂 his name is Hassan. He was rude. And I hope he stubs his lil toes everywhere he goes. We literally had not stopped anywhere coming up from NC other than McDonald’s which was hours ago. Truly, bewildering.

At 7:53 pm, I arrived to use the restroom and buy snacks. I greeted a Muslim sister, then proceeded to the bathroom. Upon arrival, I noticed feces on the toilet seat and wiped it clean. Just two minutes later, at 7:55 pm, a gentleman aggressively slammed the door, indicating his urgency to exit. When I mentioned my recent arrival, he disputed, claiming I had been there for more than 5 minutes. Despite my protests, he continued to slam the door repeatedly. By 7:58 pm, I exited the restroom and inquired about the individual to a nearby lady, who revealed he was the owner. Disheartened by the encounter, I chose not to support the establishment further due to their discourteous behavior.If you doubt my word, feel free to review the footage from the cameras. My car remained running throughout the entire duration.

NOT open 24 hours, and had difficulties using pay at the pump. The entire reason we picked this one was because it was 24 hours.
