“I wanted to provide an update...we suffered a catastrophic loss when our detached garage burned to the ground on January 9, 2025. It burned so hot, it melted the siding off of our home and our neighbors home. Several windows and doors were broken. That morning while the firefighters were still working to put out the blaze, I called Jens Green. He had two claims open with Erie Insurance in less than 10 minutes. He also advised me on next steps and provided contact numbers. Over the next 3 months, I worked with the Investigators and Adjusters from Erie Insurance and also periodically contacted Jens when questions came up regarding our loss and I had a lot of them. His advice and support during this period was a godsend for me and my family. Not sure how I would have got through it without his support. We have since fully recovered from our loss and Jens has been there every time we needed him. After having this experience with Jens Green, I can't even begin to understand why someone would ever use anyone else. Jens and his staff are the real deal and their support has been short of superb. I highly recommend him!
I approached Jens Green about potentially transferring all of my insurance needs to his agency about a month ago (auto, home umbrella, boat, business). I had been concerned about the rising prices with my current insurer despite the act that I had been a client for some 40 years. I had contacted my insurer to express my concerns but nothing changed.
