I popped in for an oil change and was greeted immediately. I was walked from my car to the inside of the shop, and was assisted right away. ! My oil change was quick and affordable and I was checked out by Rob who could not have been nicer! He also was able to offer me military discount without me even asking for one! I will definately be returning again. The customer courtesy, professionalism and service was outstanding.

ROB. HUNT. What a pleasant human being you are!!!! I had come in for an oil change and he helped me with my services and my car was ready I swear less than 20 min and he applied a small discount for me. He was so lovely to talk to and just caused a genuinely lovely experience at a jiffy lube! Which I didn’t think was possible cause it’s just… you know… a place you take your car to get fixed LOL! But I am so appreciative of this small but impressionable interaction and recommend this jiffy lube location if you want to be taken care of :) thank you Rob you rock :)

My check engine light came on, and my car started shaking, so I brought my Chrysler Pacifica in for service. I worked with Rob Hunt and his team, and they went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and get it fixed as quickly as possible. They kept me well informed throughout the process and ensured I felt cared for. Excellent service and professionalism—highly recommend!

I visited this location on Sunday July 6th for a routine oil change. The manager Rob and staff were so amazing. They helped me change a break light I didnt know was out on my vehicle! Very professional and efficient. The whole staff was friendly 10/10 will come back to this location :)

You won’t tell me when is my next service due. Before you used to stick a sticker telling me when to come in onto my windshield. You say that you don’t do that anymore so what am I supposed to do. I guess I will have to take my car somewhere else where I can get it done

I have gone to this shop many times , the majority of the guys have been around for a while. I feel like they know me and appreciate my vehicles. I feel like my vehicles will last many years because of the care these guys give my rigs .

I would have given five stars but the last person I dealt with was very rude. The cashier Tasheba! She was soo rude . She called me and I honestly thought she was talking to the lady she was dealing with prior to me and because of that she kept giving me attitude rolling her eyes and just being nasty! She should not be dealing with customers if she doesn’t have customer service skills and because of this I will not be returning! However, Trony was excellent! Made sure I was taken care of and explained everything so I could understand. I had a flat tire coming from work. Thank you Trony for your great service!

I am consistently pleased with this location! I always have positive interactions with members of the staff. They are helpful and communicative involving the service/maintenance process. The day-time manager (Chris?) is courteous and helpful. I always leave feeling secure until my next visit. Great location with great staff! **They are extremely fast!**

I recently visited Jiffy Lube in Dumfries, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They quickly assessed my car's needs and offered clear explanations of the services they recommended without any pressure.
The oil change was done swiftly, and they even performed a complimentary check on my tire pressure and fluid levels. I appreciated the clean waiting area and the free Wi-Fi, which made the short wait very comfortable.
A special thanks to the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service was evident throughout my visit.
What stood out the most was their dedication to making sure I was fully informed and comfortable with all the work being done on my vehicle.
I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Dumfries for their top-notch service and professionalism. I'll definitely be returning for all my future car maintenance needs!
