Second review of the day. Had an issue with getting my number back on my phone. Swapped my phone at home and all of a sudden had no service on either phone. Younger lady didnât seem to really care to begin with after explaining my issue. Attitude the whole time. She just said âyea u donât have service on your phone at all to be honestâ. Couldnât help me for 20 minutes, told me to wait for other employee to do anything until she understood my concern. She told me it would cost $25 which I do not agree with since all I was doing was getting access back into my account and the last few times this has happened to me, the location in Fredericksburg was able to help me get back my phone number for FREE. I was very confused, she didnât sympathize at all to my concerns. Just told me âWell u just have to come back when you have the money.â When I asked her for the WiFi password on my phone that had NO service to try and call metro pcs myself to help her clarity into the issue, she responds back with an attitude as she is telling me the password. Didnât want to help at all. After I got more clarity by ANOTHER metro pcs representative at ANOTHER store over the phone, since again, she was very short with me from the very beginning and made me feel like I was bothering her, I finally agreed to the $25 charge. After she got it working, she tried rushing me out the store, handed me the phone and said âthank you itâs workingâ. I paused for a second in confusion, as I saw it had 0 bars, handed her the phone back and said âCan you please make sure it is working first.â She sighed, again, this must have been such a big ask of her to do, very unprofessional, she calls the store..it doesnât ring, I see my phone getting texts on it finally and told her that everything looks good then she responds with an attitude again âLooks like it to meâ hands back the phone and says âThankuhaveagooddayâ. Do not come to this location unless u want to be with met with a very rude and unprofessional lady who will give you an attitude the whole time and show extreme unprofessionalism. Do better. If u come to this store remember these people are trained for SALES SALES SALES. Not compassion and understanding and that was my mistake for expecting otherwise.

I just left this location and I am happy to say that Manny, Joselin and Roxanna were the best I had a good experience they gave me exactly what I wanted and none of what I didn't so I'm very pleased. I've always been with this location and I've never actually had a bad experience but they were the best.

Bad service, I arrive and it's open and the girl who is there can't serve me just because she's eating because she doesn't close the door and if it's on break, apart from the fact that she could serve me until 2 o'clock, I come from afar so they don't serve me ? ???????

I just left this location. I would give this location 0 stars if possible. Added a line to my account with my own phone that I brought in. The associate not only would not discuss the pricing with me before adding the account and activating, they also charged me for a MicroSD card and told me it was free with new activation. My phone that I brought in doesn't even allow expandable storage. So I was basically lied to and then charged for an item that is completely unusable for me. I will be calling corporate on this matter asking for a refund.

It's NOT the store. It's NOT the service. It's NOT their phones. It's their CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES at their CALL CENTERS. Calling Metro PCS is the most frustrating, draining experience I have ever had in my entire life. They are the worst people to talk to. The language barrier makes it nearly impossible to get your issue resolve, therefore you have to call several times before it might get solved at all. They straight up tell you anything they want to get you off the phone. They literally just be lying about everything. The most incompetent customer service representatives I've ever experienced. T-Mobile obviously does NOT care about providing a good customer service experience. These representatives are not well trained or well educated at all. It's so bad, it makes you feel like you don't want to be a customer. Not ONCE have I called and my issued been resolved on my first call, never. The most frustrating and draining experience ever. Terrible terrible terrible terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE at their CALL CENTERS
