Good Afternoon,I purchased a 2020 Honda Civic LX coupe from your Dealership June 31st. I've been trying to get in contact with you to cancel my warranty contract for months since the 5 k in damages I paid were not covered. Sadly enough I understand I made a bad financial decision purchasing this vehicle. It is illegal for you not to cancel my warranty when it has been requested by many different individuals working for this company. A vehicle I bought for 18 k is valued at 6 k just 2 months later due to the extensive damages hidden in the history. Now I have a large debt for a trash car. Be human. I was commissioned to look a car over for a potential buyer. First off, the brake rotors, calipers, and pads have all been painted silver. The paint had built up on the pads, making it hard to stop. The salesman stated, "It's from being a hybrid." Second, the car fax was false it had been in a front-end collision. Third, the car interior was filthy. This facility takes wrecked cars and tries to make them road worthy with no concern for safety or liability. The potential for a car to fall apart after leaving their lot is far too high. For safety reasons alone, I could never recommend buying a vehicle from this company.

⚠️ CAUTION!!! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Premier creates a sense of urgency to get you there, requiring a $1000 non-refundable deposit to hold the car for a scheduled appointment. We made a long trip to come see a car with “no prior damage” only to find out it had been in not 1, but 2 accidents. Thankfully we took our chances on availability and didn’t pay the deposit. Obvious damage was previously described as a glare in photos, but blatant upon arrival. When reviewing the carfax report the salesman (David) aggressively pulled the report away and said sternly “thanks for coming in”, indicating for us to leave for simply asking questions. The cars look nice but make sure you look closely.

David told us to come in despite bad credit and repo. Mike worked his magic with finance and really went above to ensure approval. Mike has a really great heart and really showed compassion. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that’s looking. They also have really great quality cars. It’s great quality all around. The lobby is stocked with great snacks and they are patient with children. Highly recommend.

Upon my initial visit, my optimism waned as it became evident that only one salesperson was competent and engaged – Patrick, who proved exceptional from start to finish. Regrettably, I must address my interaction with Mike. While he ultimately secured a favorable payment arrangement, his communication style left much to be desired. I had to firmly request his attention, as he repeatedly interrupted. Additionally, he assured me he'd cover my Uber expenses, but weeks have passed without reimbursement, let alone receipt of my tags.During my visit, Mike's temper flared, culminating in a dramatic exit to smoke, coupled with some concerning remarks. Upon arriving home, I discovered the key provided was ill-programmed and necessitated a $140 replacement. Further, my documentation lacked a car fax report, a critical oversight given the undisclosed accident history. Although Premier maintains it was minor, a seasoned mechanic's discernment suggests otherwise.My attempt to escalate concerns beyond Mike met resistance from David, who claimed there was no superior authority. A simple inquiry about Mike's superior or the owner met with a dismissive suggestion to research it myself. This evasiveness raises red flags. If transparency was their goal, clarity on ownership shouldn't be elusive.I extend my gratitude to Patrick, the one beacon of competence in this experience. It's worth noting that my deposit was overlooked, followed by persistent reminders that this matter could lead to terminations. In light of these issues, I am resolute in my decision not to return for future purchases, nor to recommend this establishment to others.

I went to about 3/4 dealerships and everyone was either giving me a hard time, or couldn’t get me approved. Mike Hickman went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure he could get me in a car today, and a car that I really liked. I am going to refer a lot of friends to Premier Auto and Mike due to his great customer service and help!

HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! PLEASE DO NOT GO!!!I put my deposit down on a car back on a Friday in August. I was told the car would be ready by Monday or Tuesday. I called, was told it would not be ready till end of the week. I called end of the week, was then told the following. I call the following and am told worst case it will be ready that Friday. I call FRIDAY after still not hearing anything back. Was told it was stolen on Wednesday of that week while being inspected. I ask for my deposit back, I was told they will be mailing it that day. Another week goes by without me receiving my $1000, they say it was never sent but they are sending it right then and there and will "take a photo if they have time." Fast-forward ANOTHER week. It is now Tuesday September 19th. I am told it will be there any day. I call again Thursday and say that if it is not there by the end of Friday the 22nd I am filing a lawsuit. The check arrives the next day labeled as overnight shipping. These people lie and lie and delay and delay and I do not wish my worst enemy on them. DO. NOT. GO.

HORRIBLE. Would give 0 stars if possible. I bought a car back in April 2023. Mike, the "manager" and finance guy, sold me a bunch of BS from start to finish. Told me I had to buy the warranty in order to get a lower interest rate. I stupidly believed him but knew something was off. Told me I could cancel the warranty at any time and receive a pro-rated refund. Here I am 5 months later wanting to cancel the warranty and Premier won't let me talk to Mike to cancel. "He's busy". They hung up on me twice and left me on hold for over 30 minutes. A sales person told us we had to cancel within 30 days. How is this place still in business??? Do NOT buy from this place! Tough and expensive lesson to learn.

My experience from inquiring to finalizing financing was a superior experience. They are experienced, knowledgeable and choose to sell with no pressure, open disclosure and select their inventory carefully. A quote “we know our customers work hard for the money that pays for their car, we want our customers to have good cars”. I would certainly do business here again. Btw- great deal on my new purchase! This was by far the worst customer service experience I've received from a car dealership. We were LIED too on multiple occasions by David. He made plenty of promises that were broken. We inquired on a vehicle that we found out when we got there needed complete repairs to the doors and passenger windows. In order for them not to sell the vehicle I'd need to put a $1,000 deposit down, that would be refunded after financing is complete. David told the vehicle would be ready in 3 days.I called multiple times asking to ensure the vehicle was ready, he said yes! So, I did the hour drive there only for the car to still have the SAME issues ( he said the mechanics were new and crazy). I was very frustrated he said he'd ensure we will have 2 keys, all issues will be resolved, I would be fully refunded on my deposit, and they will fill up the gas tank once purchase is complete. It took 2 weeks for them to fix all the issues, and he never even suggested to look at any other vehicles.Then he LIED saying he never told me he would give me two keys even though my partner was with me and verified what was said tried to give me $100 off the total sale or a warranty (keys are about $300) so we asked. He said I would only be refunded through the mail, and that they are about to fill up the tank. Now I verified the vehicle checked everything physical before signing the paperwork everything was physically fine with the car.As soon as I finished the paperwork and the guy came back from filling up the tank, there was a crack in the windshield and and tire rod was bent. Now tire lights are coming on in the dashboard. I'm so frustrated I don't even trust them to look into it. Do not trust this place the prices are good but it's not worth the LIES and vehicle trouble.

Talk about a nightmare of an experience. Inquired about a vehicle online on Saturday (8/5/23) in which I was told the truck would be in by Tuesday. No response so I text and ask if there were any updates on Tuesday to which I was told it would be there Friday and to go ahead and complete the finance application so everything would be ready to go when the truck arrived. Truck came in Friday but I was not notified until I called, finance application was already completed, approved for financing with a 750+ credit score. Took me until Today (Monday 8/14/23), over 1 week, to speak with the finance manager in which the conversation was rushed and of course the price is not as advertised because they try to sell extended warranties with their vehicles. Absolute train wreck of a dealership that I worked to give my business to but they just genuinely did not seem interested in closing a deal with me. I would have driven over 8 hours to purchase their vehicle but they literally could care less about earning my business. Mike seemed to be a pompous jerk and Patrick was only interested in defending him. When I asked Patrick about numbers he said he was super busy but then found time to send me pictures of the vehicles in the parking lot trying to illustrate how busy he was. If he was that busy how was he finding time to take pictures of the parking lot? I totally would not recommend this dealership to anyone. These guys are the textbook definition of unprofessional!

I just want to say that I was ?? close to not coming to see the car I wanted to get because of the reviews. I came all the way from DC. But, honestly I’m glad I did. I left very happy with my brand new 2022 Honda Accord 2.0 with only 5,000 miles. Thanks to Jesus, he was very polite, professional the entire time, and took very good care of me. Everybody’s experiences are different, personally, it was great for me!
