This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I felt extremely rushed and left with a half-assed service. With in hours of getting gel polish with a design, the gel and design chipped and peeled off. I believe this has to do with the person clearly not knowing what they were doing and being rushed. The service was extremely uncomfortable and the person who did my nails was very rude to me as well. I saw other customers being treating the same way. A young girl (a child) who was getting her nails done was being treated the same way. The man who was doing her nails was extremely impatient with her. He jerked her hands around and forcefully grabbed the next hand to work on. It's clear he just wanted to get the service done and over with, regardless of quality. The same was true for my own service. I spent over 80$ for terrible service, quality and treatment. Nail salons are suppose to be relaxing, especially when you're paying for it and better quality. Here I was rushed, overcharged and left with crappy nails. DO NOT GO HERE.

My daughter and I had manicures w/ gel polish (by two different techs). Both are very sloppy & poorly done, but no complaints were made. My daughter (w/developmental delays) wanted her toenails to match her polished nails. The pedicure was to be completed by a 3rd tech. She had jeans on so I explained no lotion/massage was needed, but needed the rest of the pedicure (scrub, cuticles removes, nails filed, etc.) & gel polish. I was quoted $45 & they'd give her a $5 student discount. I agreed. The older male tech rushed through the service & was finished/drained the water in less than 10 mins. He put on her sandals and started to polish with regular polish (not gel requested). I went over to the pedicure chair & showed him areas that needed scrub/pumice stone & asked about the gel polish. He ignored me & continued to finish the polish. I asked him again and he yanked my daughters leg, threw her sandals, & started scraping her foot with a DRY pumice stone. I asked him repeatedly to stop & he ignored me. He finally stopped and I tried to get my daughter out of the chair. She asked about the rest of her service and I told her I'd take her somewhere else. The tech got very angry & started to yell. I told him this was NOT what I asked for and I was not going to pay the $40. He stood up, threw his chair backwards, and got within inches of my face. He had me blocked in a corner. I asked him repeatedly to move and he refused. My daughter was now crying/begging him to stop. I continued to try and move past him and he got closer to my face. My daughter was trapped in her chair and I was stuck in a corner. I asked him to move, telling him I was going to call 911. He told me he didn't care. While on the phone with 911 and my daughter crying, I couldn't even move past the tech to get the name of the salon to give 911 my location. I asked him and the other tech the name of the salon and nobody would answer me. The tech moved a little further away, but was still blocking us from the exit. He and the other techs were speaking their native language which was uncomfortable while the environment was so hostile & unpredictable. Another kind client in the salon even tried to tell him to let me take my daughter out and she would pay for the service. The client came back to tell me she would pay and maybe he'd let us leave. I explained at that point I wanted police presence for safety. The other client said she understood & the tech moved so she could exit the salon. The police arrived & asked me and the tech what happened. The tech told the officer he wanted for his son/the store owner to arrive before speaking to the officer. The salon owner arrived and wanted me to go through the whole story again. I explained everything again and told him he could even remove the polish if they wanted to. The owner said he wanted to get his dad's side of the story. They spoke in their native language with the other store employees. Meanwhile, the police explained it was a civil matter. I told him I just wanted my daughter out of there. The store owner finally said it was ultimately his decision and he would not charge me the $40, but the other services needed to be paid for. I explained that was never in dispute and that I had no problem paying for the gel manicures. I never even attempted to address that those services were HORRIBLE as well. I even asked the owner if he wanted to remove the toe nail polish because I didn't want him to feel like she got a service not paid for. The police officer told the shop owner the product was already used so he'd just let it be, but that wasn't his decision to make. I paid for the other services & left the salon. Between the horrible quality, assault by an employee, and poor sanitation, I'd recommend staying away! Never even an apology to my daughter who went to celebrate her last day of school, but left traumatized.

Update, went back for a pedicure and got the old man again. I'm not sure what his deal is but he really only feels the need to apply 1 coat of polish. I had to beg for another. Went home and saw that I still definitely needed at least 1-2 more coats. Usually places apply 3 coats to begin with for maximum color.... he literally applies 1 coat and calls it a day. I have to call to go back and ask for more coats. I'm so disappointed.

I decided to go here since I didn't have time to go to my usual nail tech, this was a big mistake, they boasted that they would have done a better job, yet the lady botched the only job she had, to fix one single nail. The work is sloppy and she could have taken her time for one nail. It's only been one day and the "gel" polish has already chipped. Save your money, for the price you pay here you could get better literally any where else.

Waking up to painful swollen eye. I came in yesterday morning and signed in around 10:30 am for an eyebrow wax. I left upset paying for a service that resulted in: -One cut on my left EYE which makes it hard to blink or wash my face - One eyebrow shorter than the other - Bushy eyebrows still which are uneven. I'm very upset. I've been coming here for about 4 years and refer everyone I know in my neighborhood and Quantico Base here for services. The lady didn't even mention the cut on my eye, offer an apology or anything. I would have been content if she at least did that!!! I took pictures. I WILL NOT be returning again and plan on speaking with the manager. Update 5/5/18 @ 1:50pm I received a refund after speaking with one of the managers this morning. I am happy with the refund but saddened bc I will not be returning to this location anymore.

Very friendly. I see Andy who is a magician, but all technicians are very nice and welcoming. There is a large variety of colors, both gel and regular. They offer SNS dip, 2 and 3 color change.

I have been coming here for a couple of years, and have been very happy with them. My daughter loves them as well. Some folks are really rough with your hands and feet, but the ladies here do a great job every time for me. I should note that I usually get a French manicure or solid color, and the spa pedicures make your feet and legs so soft… 😃
