“I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have an older vehicle. They presented me with multiple options for repair with parts. Used, remanufactured, and brand new. They were transparent in each price and the pros and cons of each part. My total bill was exactly what they quoted. I dropped off my truck on Monday and had my 4 wheel drive fixed and working prefectly Wednesday at lunch. This is a great local auto shop. They even did some minor tweaks like tightening my drive shaft's yolk that had started to work itself loose. That's the type of shop they are.”

We had agreed on a repair price and when we went to pick up the car, Frank said it was cheaper because he found the part cheaper. He passed the savings to us when he didn't have to do that. “The transmission of my 2011 Buick Enclave was overhauled and rebuilt. This was in August 2023 and as of December 2024, and 21,136 miles later, my Enclave is still going strong. I had concerns with a rebuilt transmission but, Mr. Cooper was straight up with me the entire time to include on pricing. No regrets with the rebuilt transmission however, I did have an accident with the Buick in early December. I still have no regrets as i will try to salvage my Buick and use it as my 2nd Car. Thank much you Mr. Cooper as the Transmission has held up with over 21,000 miles on it, I made the correct determination in having the Transmission rebuilt. Thanks a Billion.”
“On May 10, my father’s oil light came on at this location at time of opening. The manager Ricky squeezed him in immediately and when his tech discovered that my Dad was out of oil, he topped me up and refused to take payment. He also diagnosed the problem and provided him with a printout to take to the dealership. He was out of there within 20 minutes and is forever indebted to Ricky and his team.
