BUYERS BEWARE: Nontruthful and Hidden fees. Called several times to the dealership to ask what the price of the vehicle would be, enabling me to go get the funds to make the purchase. Seems fairly straight forward, UNLESS, you have something to hide. Which this dealership does. Finally got a hold of the manager and as suspected they have fees they don’t disclose. Really shady business rather than being up front with fees that apply on top of the advertised price. All I ask is be transparent and upfront and not shady. Honesty is key here.

Be careful and make sure they don’t waste your time. They lower the prices but then try charging you a $999 processing fee and then a $2,300 reconditioning fee. I was straight forward and asked what fees they charged on my first visit and was told $999. I asked again if they had any other fees and the answer was no. Didn’t find out about the reconditioning fee until I asked for the total cost when I was ready to purchase the car. Seemed pretty deceiving to me.

Darien was a wonderful, very personable and very knowledgeable salesman. He answered all of the question me and my husband asked and allowed us to test drive. He made us feel very confident about our new purchase. The whole purchasing process was done very smoothly starting with Darien . Would I refer my family and friends to unique auto import? Absolutely!!!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would, management and employees are scammers! Please make sure you look at the contract before signing, they overcharge so much. You think your getting a good deal with a car but they charge 15-20k more for "fees". Do not recommend this place! So glad I did not buy my car with them.

Alot of their cars they sell are lower than what the value of them are worth on KBB so you think your getting a great deal. But after a few days, lights started to come on the dash board. Took it to 2 different shops to be looked over and to get a inspection done due to I live in MD. Both mechanics found over $3k of work that needed to be done before even passing inspection. When purchasing the car at the end they had added on all these hidden fees and taxes to where it was over an additional $3k so it made it more than what they advertised it for. On top of only form a payment they would take was CashApp. So in the long run, you better buying a car w/o papers from a homeless stranger you meet off Craigslist than from this place.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting Unique Auto Imports Dealership, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The dealership's deceptive advertising practices were particularly infuriating, as they advertised cars that were simply not available. Here's why I would strongly caution against doing business with them:False Advertising: The dealership's advertisements showcased a wide range of appealing cars at competitive prices, enticing me to visit the showroom. However, upon arrival, I quickly realized that many of the advertised cars were not actually in stock. It was a classic bait-and-switch tactic, designed to lure unsuspecting customers through deceptive means. This lack of transparency and honesty is simply unacceptable.Unreliable Inventory Updates: Even the cars they claimed were available were not reliable options. On multiple occasions, I called ahead to confirm the availability of specific vehicles, only to arrive and find out that they were already sold or not present at the dealership. It was a complete waste of my time and effort. Their inventory management system clearly needs improvement, as it failed to accurately reflect the actual availability of cars.Unhelpful and Inattentive Staff: The staff members I interacted with during my visit displayed a lack of professionalism and customer service. When I expressed my disappointment and frustration about the unavailability of the advertised cars, they seemed disinterested and made no genuine effort to assist me in finding a suitable alternative. It was evident that their main concern was making a sale rather than addressing my concerns as a customer.Wasted Time and Effort: As a car buyer, my time is valuable, and I expect a dealership to respect that. Unfortunately, my experience at Unique Auto Imports Dealership resulted in wasted hours of my time due to their misleading advertisements and inadequate inventory management. It was incredibly frustrating to invest my energy into visiting a dealership, only to discover that the cars I was interested in were never available in the first place. In conclusion, I strongly advise against engaging with Unique Auto Imports Dealership. Their deceptive advertising practices and lack of inventory transparency create a sense of distrust and frustration among potential customers. It is evident that they prioritize their own sales goals over customer satisfaction. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a more reputable dealership that values honesty and respects your time as a consumer.

Price was completely inflated from advertised price by thousands. We purchased vehicle in VA but wanted to register in MD. The vehicle require over 3k to legally pass inspection to receive our tags. They were quick to get us in door and friendly, but when there was a problem, it took days to get any answers. The bottom line is, don't purchase, they make money by inflating prices then what was advertised, we got the car fax report and they couldn't even explain the issues and exactly how nothing synched up according to the report. I should have done more research but I was locked in at that point. DO NOT WASTE TOUR TIME, and before you purchase, have the vehicle looked over to make sure it will pass inspection.
