Lazy, apathetic cashiers trudy and ashley took 10 mins to ring up 2 customers. Only 1 register open but these 2employees were standing together talking like they were on a coffee break. Inconsiderate, un professional and wasting my time. Other employees were helpful. Shouldn't take 10 mins to buy 1 item.

Day time only. Would never go to this one after dark as the neighborhood doesn't feel safe to me . Staff, esp in pharmacy dept., have always been helpful and courteous.

I have always found everyone in the pharmacy incredibly helpful.I drive a bit further just to go here because the staff is wonderful, And I've always gotten exemplitary service.

Very Clean and neat. Friendly staff. They have free masks. 3 per person while supplies last. They always have a good seasonal section thats very affordable. They also have a deal of the week row. My daughter loves the Looney toones masks are only $4.99 and they are very durable, adjustable, bright and comfortable and washable. Their deals are good.

The pharmacy is never open when I need my hubby's heart med. Yes only register open in the front . I've been going there for 20 years it awful. Lisa Sherri and Trudy are the best bring back Warren please!!

My mother had a fall and sustained some injuries. Her orthopedic doctor prescribed her some pain medication. Becuase of the ineptitude and entitled, selfish attitude of the doctor's staff (combined with the insurance company's complete and total disregard for her well being), I was not able to pick up her prescription the day it was sent to this Walgreens.The next day (Christmas Eve), after trying everything I could to get her doctor's staff and the insurance company to do the right thing and failing again, I had just about given up and was prepared to pay for the prescription out of pocket. I went to Walgreens to pick up the prescription, but I asked to see the store manager to see if there was anything she could do to help me. In less than 5 minutes, the store manager created and executed a creative solution to ensure that even though I had to pay for the prescription out of pocket, I will eventually be reimbursed in full.I worked in retail management years ago. I thought I had hired and trained some great managers. On Christmas Eve, I met a true leader.Her name is Erica Strickland. Her shift leader, Tanika, and the pharmacy tech (whose name I can't remember) were also fantastic.I encourage all who read this to switch your prescriptions to this Walgreens, and tell the staff why you did.Merry Christmas Walgreens. Stay classy.

This is not a reflection on the staff but the overall policies of walgreens for starters when arriving for a covid test nothing in the email suggests to go through the drive through it just says to sit in your car... it would be helpful to say to go through drive through.. also your online website says that you will have the rapid test in 1 hour.. and the lady behind the counter said 2-4 hours.. the information on your emails and website should be accurate

We dropped a prescription to be filled at the drive-thru at 6 pm. The employee asked when we wanted it filled and we said we could come back in two hours (8 pm). The employee said nothing about when the pharmacy closed. I learned at 8:05 pm, when I returned, that they apparently closed at 8. Again, the employee didn't mention this when I dropped off the prescription. This morning, when I returned at 9:15 am, I learned that the prescription had never been filled. Therefore, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to complete what we had started 15 hours before. Great job, CVS. If you can find more effective ways, like this to fail, you'll be on your way to being purchased and closed by Rite-Aid in less than six months. Feel free to close sooner, if you can find a buyer.

What a nice experience!! I just got my superflu shot today. The pharmacy assistant Debra was polite and efficient. Ali the pharmacist administered my vaccine. I didn’t even flinch. It was Painless! Kindness and respect here are shining bright at this Walgreens!!!
